330ml bottle pours golden in color with a finger of white head that leaves some spotted lacing on the glass. Aroma is mild with ginger and honey and hints of grains. Taste is a malty sweetness with a bit of ginger spice and grassy hop bitterness. Light bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall, an interesting brew with a nice balance of flavours, but not one of my favorite styles.

Idiosynkrasie (6860) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - JUL 11, 2016
330ml bottle. Clear, orangey golden colour with average to huge, foamy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Weak (though in no way soapy!) ginger aroma, hints of honey with a coniferous touch. Taste is slightly sweet, mild ginger notes, coniferous hints of honey; minimally watery passages, smooth and soft palate, average to lively carbonation. Well balanced, a bit monotonous. Not the most spectacular entry in the Mikkeller portfolio, but absolutely flawless and highest quality in what it wants to be.
