From bottle. Pours slight hazy golden with a tiny white head. Aroma of green grapes, oily oak, rural stable notes, slight estery notes and some tart citrus. Taste is vinous and oily with notes of grapes, citrus, esters and oak. A nice and elegant beer with a good combination of vinous notes, tartness and esters.

Zlotta (3814) - Hagen / Düsseldorf, GERMANY - SEP 30, 2016
Sampled from 0.375 l bottle. Clear, golden yellow with a white head. Sweetish, malty and slightly yeasty-spicy aroma of caramel, honey, some banana and vanilla. Sweetish, quite yeasty-spicy and a bit oxidized taste of caramel, honey, vanilla, some banana and hints of clove, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, quite warming-alcoholic finish. Medium body, rather effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Quite nice, but too alcoholic.

Alkoholischer Geruch. Leicht erhöht karbonisierter Antrunk. Etwas hefig, erstaunlich neutral. Trocken herb, holzige Noten im Hintergrund. Naja... 8/9/8/8//9

(Bottle) Golden yellow colour, slightly hazy, with frothy white head. Fruity nose with citrus, peaches, spicy yeast and a gentle white wine sourness. Fruity, spicy taste with notes of citrus, lemon peel, peaches, unripe green grapes, spicy yeast, a touch of oak wood and a slight white wine sourness in a finish with a light alcohol glow. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Interesting, really tasty and quite refreshing. Very nice.
