Papsoe (25054) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - AUG 25, 2012
Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Interesting and spicy, herbal aroma. Medium body, a dry fruitiness, again this herbal hoppiness while the salinity comes late but is evident. Never spoils the fun though. Ends dry but not overly bitter. Interesting and very enjoyable. 250812

Bottle at MikkellerOffice - Thanks. Clear golden – white head. Salty, ok rather high salty, light malty, pilsner malty, breadish, havn/harbour, citrus, ok... .. .. would fit food very nicely, like drinking Ayran to spicy food.

heavy (2911) - Split, CROATIA - JUL 31, 2012
21/07 GT at Richtar Jakub, 0.33 l bottle. A bit opaque yellow body with tiny head. Interesting mix of salt and citrus in aroma. Salty flavor, herbal, sea weed, citrus hops. Thinner to medium body and short citrus and seawater finish. Not good, some might say waste of ingredients, but at least it’s an interesting experiment "for those who want something non-conventional".

TBone (18561) - Pori, FINLAND - JUL 28, 2012
