(473ml can from Mikkeller Webshop) Pours clear orange-copper with a very small cream head. Aroma of maple syrup, brown sugar, heavy cinnamon, coconut, lightly toasted grain, some weird mineral soda water/saffron vibe. Flavour is extremely sweet, with notes of caramel, maple syrup, cinnamon, icing sugar, maybe a bit of dried fruit, dry grass, slightly bready malt, soft coconut, still rather sweet all the way through the finish with a little drying alcohol and low bitterness otherwise. Medium bodied, quite oily and softly carbonated. Overly sweet and a bit too all over the map, not quite sure what it's trying to be style-wise and not really coming together. rosenbergh (12036) - Tampere, FINLAND - JAN 27, 2018
