Pint can @ Tderoeck's pre New Year diner. Thanks Tim.

Draught at the brewery. Pours clear gold with a moderate, frothy white head, long retention with good lacing. Moderate grainy Pils malt, grassy, herbal and tropical fruit hops and moderate bitterness with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation.

UPDATED: DEC 28, 2017 On draft at Mikkeller Bar SF Aroma 9/10: bright, citrus, floral and very pleasant aroma Appearance 4 /5: clear golden yellow with foamy frothy head Palate 4 /5: tiny foamy bubbles create an almost creamy, nitro-like mouthfeel Taste 8/10: floral and green grassy hops are present throughout, finishes bitter, piney, and crisp true to West Coast ipa style Overall 17/20: surprisingly smooth and creamy for such a bitter and hoppy forward beer. Very lovely and easy to drink a pint of. Final: 4.2

22 oz bottle. From mikkeller.dk. Cloudy golden color with a big foamy white head. Herbal hops, mild sweetness, some fruitiness, some bitterness and mint in the aroma. The flavor is herbal hops, mild bitterness, dryness, mild paper and malt. Doesn’t feel that fresh... unfortunately. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Clousy golden pour from a can. Sweet nose and flavor, lightly bitter. Stone fruit and citrus peel with a decent amount of malt and yeast presence. Pretty good.

Can in Tijuana. Opened at the Airbnb listening to a white noise machine playing the sound of waves hitting a beach. Creamy white cap, lingering, on a touch hazed yellow gold. Wet fruit nose, light pine and zest. Body is a bit creamy, not my favorite profile. Squeezed orange with a hint of lime. Perhaps not in her freshest shape. Not bad though.
