Riktigt gott

Kovasti vaahtoava, hieman pitsiä jättävä olut. Syvän tumman ruskea. Hajussa alkoholia, tummaa kahvia. Paahteisen, jopa palaneen maltainen. Maussa kahvia ja tummaa suklaata, palanutta maltaisuutta. Kevyempi kuin oletin. Alkoholi ehkä maistuu hieman. Hyvä, mutta ei missään nimessä erinomainen olut. 14.12.2012: Vuoden kellarointi tuonut makuun selvästi pehmeyttä ja tasapainoisuutta. Samalla pisteet nousevat. 33 -> 38

rarbring (2294) - Linköping, SWEDEN - JAN 5, 2016
Aroma: Smell of spices, chocolate and coffee, dark dried fruits and grape-fruit peel.
Appearance: The beer is dark foggy brown, has a very high tan head that settles slowly leaving loads of lacing and good curtains.
Taste: Starts sweet with dark syrup, burnt crust, figs and raisins, citric zest and seeds.
Palate: Medium carbonation, smooth and sticky, big body anda good smooth dryness.
Overall: In all a potent and good winter ale.
Note: Bottle 375 ml (Vintage 2011) Reviewed 2011-11-20.

Murky dark brown. Soft ringed light tan head. Thick ground spice, sweet and vibrant roast. Initial taste is creamy, lean spice and very smooth sweetness. Soft carbonation but the booze is hidden incredibly well. Nice soft choc and lean coppery bitterness on the finish. Linger is surprisingly light, clean tea like richness.
