Bottle from Blackhearts & Sparrows. Nice balance. Aromas of biscuit, bread, and light herbal notes. Taste is sweet and bitter, long length. Palate is velvety, and medium bodied. Amber, with a big frothy head. mkel07 (6275) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - APR 17, 2012
330ml bottle. Like the rest of the beers in the Mikkeller single hop series this one is a cracker with a big fluffy head of sand coloured foam that refuses to fade. Base colour of the beer is sunset orange with a light haze. The aroma packs a passion fruit punch and is pleasing to the nose. Full mouthfeel and a resinousy lingering aftertaste. stefannilssons (1579) - SWEDEN - MAR 14, 2012
Bottle from Mane Liquor. This is a weird hop. Nose is very green. Granny Smith apples and green capsicums with a strong lemon zest and grassy tone on the nose. Works very well, although a tad unbalanced. Lemon zest is hugely at the forefront while the granny smith apples slowly work their way through to the finish. Spritzy and soft carbonation, although a slightly quick finish. Damn weird and damn good HenrikSoegaard (14480) - Randers, DENMARK - JAN 20, 2013

I really like the Apollo hop. Very citrusy and nicely bitter. Smells fruity and goes down smooth.

from a bottle. Amber with white head. Fruity aroma, grapefruit comes through. Taste has less grapefruit but with a big mango note, not as citrusy as other hops, some guava and lychee. Enjoyed this one erickok (6037) - Leuven, BELGIUM - MAR 8, 2012
UPDATED: MAR 13, 2012 Light brown, almost clear body with big soapy off white head. Obviously super hoppy; mostly floral, some dry leaves, hint of parfume, grapefruit skin and a dryer, dusty tinge. Just enough smooth maltyness to form the body, setting the hops in front of everything else; not much yeast character. This is my first Mikkeller single hop rating and I expect the same for the others.Taste has full on biterness, while remaining smooth in the mouth. Nice fatty bitterness throughout the palate, which gets sharper towards the end and in the after taste gives a real nice dry, full flavour. Really asks for another sip. A very drinkable IPA on itself, but of course I will compare to the other hops in the series later. Delicious. (33cl bottle, expensive) Benjii (3049) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - OCT 13, 2012
In bottle at Craig’s. Pours a dark golden colour with a decent beige head. Aroma of fresh cut green hops, rocket, grapefruit, pineapple and alcohol. Similar flavours with moderate carbonation and a foamy mouth-feel. Nicely bitter. snzcujo (282) - RUSSIA - MAR 8, 2013
Tasted from the bottle, 08/03/2013.
Aroma is sweet tropically fruity, sweet oranges, a bit floral.
Taste is almost identical, but it's quite citrusy upfront and only then fruity sweet.
Aftertaste is proper piny/hoppy bitter, lovely!
