A murky dark amber ipa with a thick frothy lacing light mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with loads of dank, resinous floral hops, light sulfur notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with smooth dank floral hops, musky, alcohol warmth, very nice and smooth. BB 11/10/13. SeniorZozo (1576) - Budapest, HUNGARY - JUL 18, 2015
Some sediment presence. Medium body, good carbonation. Caramel hops one the nose, flowery. Taste is made up of sweet malts, ending with substantial bitterness. Refreshing, I like it. alexsdad06 (11222) - West Chester, Ohio, USA - JUL 17, 2015
Draft to taster at Ei8ht Ball from notes. Pours a dark orange amber moving toward brown color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have a base of toasted bready malts, crackers, with hops that favor herbal, earthy notes, mild grapefruit, some pine needles and lightly floral. Come off better on the nose than flavor. Flavor sees the hops a bit faded. This is a nice idea, but if we don’t get these as fresh as possible, well...... ordybill (1815) - Douglasville, Georgia, USA - MAY 1, 2015
Poured from a 12)Z bottle into a pint glass.

Bottle, 33cl. Clear maple copper with a minimal, frothy tan head. Aromas of pine resin, wood, fruits. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Low sweetness with a heavy bitterness. Strong roasted character gives it a very pleasant flavor. Heavy, complex and warming.

Another increidbly bitter. Even graspy. Had it at a beer festival close to Orlando. NOt so special either. b3shine (9253) - Indiana, USA - MAR 19, 2014
Draft to taster at Ei8ht Ball. Looks solid; malty though. A very slightly hazy dark (almost burnt) golden orange with thin white lacing. Smells like a sweet malt bomb with some hops in the background. Tastes like it smells, but watered down. Average (at best) on the palate. An underwhelming (albeit admittedly old) example of the style.
