Originally brewed by Mikkeller, Denmark. Recent batch brewed by Mikkeller at De Proef Brouwerij, Lochristi-Hijfte, Belgium.
The third in the series of single hop IPAs from Mikkeller. Brewed with Cascade, a true American classic hop type. This hop is less powerful than the ones used in the previous two single hop IPAs - creating a great balance with the beers other aspects.
Ingredients : Water, malts (pilsner, cara-crystal and munich), hops (cascade) and yeast.

imdownthepub (14468) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - JUL 3, 2012
Bottled, 330 ml from Stirchley Wines & Spirits, Birmingham. Orange amber with white head. Love cascade hops and this is about the best I have tasted them, possibly. Orange, grapefruit, citrusy on opening the bottle and the first taste, dry and bittering throughout, lasting on the palate, great depth from a slightly fuller, malty body. Excellent.

Bottle from Kahn’s Fine Wines. Poured clear copper color with a large frothy white head that lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy earthy hop aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and lively carbonation. Moderate to heavy bittersweet flavor with a moderate to heavy bittersweet finish of medium to moderate to long duration. This is a great beer.

A hazed reddish amber IPA with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, nice musty biscuit malt with smooth herbaceous and floral hops, nice and well balanced. In mouth, a rich biscuit malt with nice floral and resinous hops, piney and citrus. All the astringent bitterness as attenuated to a well balanced mix. Bieropholie imports.
