Bottle from Cindys Spirits. This comes off more as an English IPA, dark and very mild bitterness. Hazy dark amber with a skin of a head, but leaving sheets of lacing down the glass. Brown bread, ginger snaps and caramel. Not outstanding in any one aspect, but the whole package is pretty good.

Panzerfaust (845) - Hanga Roa, Easter Island, CHILE - FEB 15, 2016
330ml bottle from Gallaghers Beer World/El Irlands. Pours a hazy orange color with a big white creamy head that lasts long and laces well. Aroma is hoppy, a bit evanescent, with fruity and floral traces. Notes of apple, pear, cider, flowers, weak citrus and white grapes. Warming brings some bubble-gum touches. OK. Not very expressive but not disagreeable either. Taste is medium bitter with slightly tart touches. Cidery notes come through and mix up with the lemongrass flavors. A trace of sweetness comes from the effective malty backbone. Lacking. Medium body, soft to mid carbonation. Alcohol unnoticeable. A drinkable but subpar IPA that does not express Nelson Sauvin in all its might.

33cl bottle, served in tulip. Pours amber with medium off-white frothy head. Aroma is citrus, a lot of caramel and fruits. Same taste, nothing remarkable. Quite cloying sweet on the aftertaste with minimum bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium, carbonation is ok. Maybe there was a problem with this bottle...I certainly didnt like it.

Nelson Sauvin hops are very present in this single hop brew. The nice hopping is almost like wine and very fruity.

Alla spina. IPA "classica" che esalta le note tipiche del luppolo neozelandese (frutta matura/cotta in primis). Profumata, fresca, dissetante e di corpo medio.

Rough and persistent foam. Floral hops is curiously only aroma. The flavor is hoppy, but with distinct floral notes and slightly sweet flavor that is a little reminiscent of honey, back of the throat. Now I am no great scientist for hops, but I can also taste this type of hop is different than, say, British, American, German and Czech hops. Hop bitterness is like more withdrawn and moderate and releases space for aforementioned floral notes, sweetness and body.

From tap. Light hazy golden orange color with off white head. Hoppy and malty aroma, light pine, citrusy fruity, floral, caramel. Sweet and bitter taste like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.
