Zinister's rating

3.7
Zinister (1423) - Houston, Texas, USA - JUL 21, 2011
I’ve had several of these single hop varieties, but this is my favorite. It’s a great IPA, but he hops really make this one stand our for me. There really is a crisp, apple...Sauvignon Blanc flavor in these hops that gives this beer a refreshing quality.

Scrumpy369 (784) - Budapest, HUNGARY - JUN 23, 2017
Can at csakajo. Lightly hazy orange colour small white head. Nose is low bitterness, light fruity notes. Taste is low bitterness. Fast finish... it goes... little bit sad, as i had high expectations.

0.5 draft @ Fermentoren
Clear, dark amber color. Quite piney in the aroma. Some malts appear in the taste. Overall pretty decent but nothing unusual.

3.3
ciocanelu (2465) - Timisoara, ROMANIA - MAY 22, 2017
330 ml. can. Hazy amber color with beige head. Aroma has some fermented grapes, old hops and light cardboard. Taste follows with the fermented fruit, some toasted malts, light earthy bitterness at first but intensifies towards the finish and lingers with grapefruit peel flavor on the aftertaste. Medium body and carbonation. As with the other beers from the new, canned Single Hop series, it’s quite disappointing.

3.6
borre_m (1635) - NORWAY - MAY 19, 2017
Pours cloudy copper. Aroma is hoppy, pine, floral. Taste is very hoppy, pine, floral, lots of bitterness.

3.4
mariuspoenari (2637) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - MAY 18, 2017
Can at home. emi-hazy dark amber pour with a light beige head. Notes of caramel, unipe grapes, generic bitterness, light resins. Oxidized, moderately metallic beer, moderately bitter and lightly dry. Gets a bit sweeter, fruitier and more complex when it warms up a bit, though.

3.4
vami (455) - Poznan, POLAND - MAY 18, 2017
Vinous, less bitter than Amarillo, white fruits, grapes, juicy, astringent, long bitter finish. Very good.

3.3
bursprak (3183) - Aarhus, DENMARK - MAY 18, 2017
Can backstage. Dark golden pour with a fizzy head. Notes of Pine, grass, stale hops, some apple and a light bitter finish.
