Super clean and well defined IPA. Some funky grassy notes both in the aromas and palate add a nice touch of difference. Tails a fraction on the finish. mcberko (17339) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 21, 2013
12 oz. bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out loads of floral hops and some oranges. Flavour is very similar, bringing out equal notes of floral hops and very orangey notes. Quite a bit juicier / fruitier than the belma version, and a touch more enjoyable because of it. True its name, this is very mandarin-like. Solid stuff. bulldogops (2490) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - AUG 28, 2013
More single hop fun from Mikkeller. 330ml bottle from Beer Revolution. Pours a hazy golden orange with a fairly frothy head. spotty lacing. Aroma is an unwrapped Christmas orange - sweetness.Taste is more mandarin sweetness and a lingering bitterness that is explosive, lots of depth, lots of IBUs. An awesome single hop IPA.

Smells oh so good. Heavy yeasty spice and eye opening sweet tangerine stuff. Somehow - tomato juice. Seriously - smells great. First taste almost destroyed my mouth. Holy shit is the fucking crazy ass bitter!! Crazy orange, stiff stiff spice, I drank it all too quick. Excellent Cirrhosis (1283) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - JUL 27, 2013
Slightly hazy yellowy tan, creamy crown floating on top. Very mild aroma, spicy, hints of lemon, sweet, wheaty malts!! Meh at best. Wheaty banana malts, toasted, harsh lemon, maybe orange. Drys out my pallet. My opinion is all over the place on this one, I like and don’t like this one. DuffMan (10278) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - JUL 9, 2013
Bottle. Hmmm, lots of varied opinions on this one. I liked it. It looks gorgeous in my Gouden Carolus chalice in the sun. The head has crazy retaining power. Maybe it’s the power of suggestion, but oily rind of mandarin/tangerine is the prevalent hop character for me. The finish is very drying, very bitter. Satisfying.
