Stuu666 (14609) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUL 14, 2014
Bottle at home. Pours amber, nose is toffee and lemon, taste is light orange, bitter.

DrSilverworm (9671) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JUN 28, 2014
Taster on tap at Ei8ht Ball. Totally hazy darker amber color. Thin off-white head, leaves decent reaches of lace. Medium to bigger body. Smooth, kind of soft / crisp, lighter carbonation. Light slick finish. Interesting earthy hop aroma. Light pine, light peppery. Some caramel malt. Moderate bitter taste, light to moderate sweet. No way of knowing how old it is right now, but it’s drinking like a solid, interesting single-hop showcase.

Garrold (5518) - Sheffield, South Yorkshire, ENGLAND - MAY 26, 2014
Bottle from StarmoreBoss, Sheffield. Hazy, copper colour. Thin, lasting, bubbly, off white head. Grass. Straw. Wet hop. Taste is dry. Very bitter. Overly carbonated. Finish is dry, bitter and a little metallic. Under par.

b3shine (9079) - Indiana, USA - MAY 24, 2014
Draft to taster at Ei8ht Ball. Looks decent; malty though. A very slightly hazy dark orange with thin eggshell head. Smells like a sweet pale malt bomb with some hops on the back end. Tastes like it smells with an average (at best mouthfeel). Some caramel too. Grandpa’s IPA.

Rating #1033 - March 21, 2014 - On tap at Beer Rev. 5th or 6th for me in the Mikkeller single hop brews.Pours a hazy copper with a fairly frothy head. sticky lacing. Aroma is sweet, tangerine, meyer lemon, and mild sappy, resinous pine note.Taste is mild sweetness (citrusy, piney, floral) and a lingering bitterness - cookie dough, caramel malt character really brought out, and the sticky pine-tar, sappyness of the hops. A beautiful balanced beer that isn’t shy about its IBU (100ish). Really quite tasty.

Joakgust (1478) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - MAY 9, 2014
Bottle. Hazy amber beer with a large beige head. Aroma is spicy with notes of citrus, herbs, apricots and sourish hints. Flavor is spicy with notes of citrus, pine needles, herbs and lime. A bit old but still good flavor.

WheatKing (1338) - Phnom Penh, CAMBODIA - APR 22, 2014
Small bottle. Pours amber, white head. Nose is nose-clearing alpha, tangerine, garlic, pearl onion. Flavour is more, bitterness/garlic/onion is quite strong, at least it’s not cat piss. Malt is pretty crisp at least. Not my favourite hop but alright.

DuffMan (10612) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - APR 19, 2014
Bottle. Hazy amber-orange with a robust off-white head that leaves messy lace to the bottom of the glass. Aroma is candyish over-ripe fruits and caramel, with a hint of plastic. Sweet caramel malts with soft papaya and melon hops character leading to a long astringent bitter finish. I’m certain this is past optimal freshness, but not sure by how much.

Gerbeer (3897) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - APR 9, 2014
330 ml bottle. Pours a dark orange/amber with moderate head. Aromas of burnt caramel, biscuits, grassy hops, and malt extract. Summit? Flavors of bitter citrus peel and resin. Acidic bitter finish. Ho-hum.
