Kev at BrewDog Camden - London. Pours clear, rich good with a moderate, foamy white head. The nose has a good bit of toasty bread, some juicy pine, rindy orange and grapefruit. Light to medium sweet flavor with nice, balancing bitterness of oily pine, grapefruit, faint earth and general rindy citrus. Light to medium bodied with fine, creamy carbonation. Good Nd sticky, resinous finish, more rindy citrus fruits, sturdy bitterness, slight bubblegum, background toasty bread. Great stuff. Good depth, great balance. Very drinkable. Keg,BrewDog,Birmingham.26th march.Hazy gold pour with almost non existent head.Aromas subdued at first due to temperature but after a while citrus notes appeared including orange.Citrus flavour including the orange and also mango with a background of light malt.I also detected pine both in taste and slight hints on the nose after a little more warming.Nice bitter finish. Keg at BD, Edinburgh. Quite a deep copper orange with decent white head. Aroma chucks a lot of citrus and tropical fruit at you, some deep orange, and sweetish malts. Taste starts with a perfumey sweet tropical hit, followed by some fairly thick biscuit action. Pithy grapefruit bitterness. Slight herbaceous note. Full of flavour and well balanced. Aftertaste is on the sweet side with only a light smattering of pithy citric bitterness sticking around. Pretty moreish, but you’ll be able to pick up something more interesting for a quid less at any of the BD bars. tommann (3718) - Dudley, West Midlands, ENGLAND - MAR 30, 2013
Keg at Brewdog, Birmingham. Pours hazy gold with a small head. Aroma is citrus, mango jelly and a little carrot. Taste has citrus and marmalade to start with a strong bitter, earthy finish.
