De Molen Festival 2010 ... Handbottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy and opaque brown with a small and rough off-white head. Sweet berry-like accents. Medium body, sweet cherry notes and quite some acetone. Handbottle. Pours hazy orange to dark amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is cherry fruity, almonds, citric and slight acidic chemical. Sweet, fruity and mild acidic. Slight acetone and chemical from the back of the tongue. Lingering fruity.

Sweet and acidic flavour of caramel, vinegar, breat and brett with notes of berries and cereal.

On tap @ 2nd BBF. The aroma has cherries mainly, some yeast dust. Hazy, red-brown coloured beer with not much head. Bottle at 2nd BBF @ De Molen. Wow, what a bomb. Sour but still full of flavor. Fruits, oak, balsamic vinegar. Great brew.
