Handbottled. A nutbrown beer with a thin brown head. The aroma has strong notes of alcohol, brettanomyces, berries, and yeast. The flavor is sour with notes berries, wood, brettanomyces, caramel, and malt, leading to a very tart finish. joergen (28982) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - SEP 28, 2010

This was a real suprise ... hazy dark cooper ... light tart ... huge amount of sweet raspberries nose... tart frutis ... big big raspberries ... light vinegar in background ... such rich rounded deep raspberry tones ... this was real complex and balanced. given i dont usually like sours... this was top notch madmitch76 (25344) - , Essex, ENGLAND - OCT 10, 2010
25th September 2010. Borefts Beer Festival II. Papsoe (25059) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - OCT 2, 2010
Cloudy dark brown beer with a big frothy cream-tan head. Light frothy palate. Sharp vinegar come worcester sauce start but then sweet raspberries join the party. A really nice contrast. Sourish finish. Very drinkable sour for me whom always struggles with this style.
Handbottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy and opaque brown with a small and rough off-white head. Sweet berry-like accents. Medium body, sweet cherry notes and quite some acetone. Ends strangely astringent. A very unusual beer - quite reminding me of a lighter version of the recent blend "Sour Amar". 280910 Koelschtrinker (21318) - K?ln (Cologne), GERMANY - MAY 11, 2011
Säuerlicher Antrunk, in dem deutlich herauskommt, dass das Bier gesüßt ist. Die Säuerlichkeit wird so oft zu viel verdrängt, das Bier wird von Zeit zu Zeit trocken-künstlich. Nett! 11/12/11/11//12

At Borefts BF 2010. Dark red/brown with lasting beige head. Touch of bubblegum on aroma, sweet red fruit and pormise of sourness. Some bisucit in mouth. Yes it does exactly what it says on the tin. More sweet to be honest. Decent.
