Säuerlicher Antrunk, in dem deutlich herauskommt, dass das Bier gesüßt ist. Die Säuerlichkeit wird so oft zu viel verdrängt, das Bier wird von Zeit zu Zeit trocken-künstlich. Nett! 11/12/11/11//12

Draught @ Borefts Bier Festival 2010, Brouwerij de Molen, Overtocht 43, Bodegraven, Netherlands.

Unclear medium to dark red brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate moderate malty, caramel, moderate to light heavy sour, sweet, dark cherry, raspberry, wood. Flavor is heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, vinegar. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100925]

Bottle @BBF 2010, courtesy of Mikkel - many thanks! Highs: Sour nose, grapefruit perhaps with a full-on sweet sip - very nice. Didn’t think I would like this beer from the nose alone, but the sip spun me for a 180... Nice.

At Borefts BF 2010. Dark red/brown with lasting beige head. Touch of bubblegum on aroma, sweet red fruit and pormise of sourness. Some bisucit in mouth. Yes it does exactly what it says on the tin. More sweet to be honest. Decent.

Christian (13670) - Odense, DENMARK - DEC 21, 2010
Brown beer with a small off-white head. Aroma dominated by acetone and vinegar, but with some nice chocolate and cherry in the background. Sweet and tart flavour with malt and fruit. Popcorn and acetone in the finish

25th September 2010. Borefts Beer Festival II.
Cloudy dark brown beer with a big frothy cream-tan head. Light frothy palate. Sharp vinegar come worcester sauce start but then sweet raspberries join the party. A really nice contrast. Sourish finish. Very drinkable sour for me whom always struggles with this style.

Dark brown / red. Small head. Smells like some berries, that I could not identify. Really sweet caramel testing syrup beer, with a bit of citrus. Pitty this is not available every Saturday in my local tap.
