Hazy golden orange body, Thinish off-white head. Nose is full of delicate oak, floral notes, and fruits. The lychee isn’t distinctively lychee but instead comes across as green grapes, white pear and green apple. The nose is more distinctive and defined than the flavor profile which exhibits similar notes. Medium to light bodied, mild acidity, funky, and tartness. Very good, but stacked up to similar lambics (like Vigneronne, in my opinion) this just doesn’t shine. That’s not to say this isn’t worth exploring... it is. j12601 (13027) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - JUN 27, 2012
Pouring at The Festival in Worcester. Pours a hazed gold with a medium to large white head. Sweet floral funk, bright musk. Lots of bright acid. Toast and funk. Long brett bitterness, funky and delicious. thirdeye11 (6162) - Dallas, Texas, USA - JUN 25, 2012
(750ml bottle 2011 vintage) clearish rich copper, Lasting creamy tan head. Nose is like a geueze, charred oak barrels, tart and funky, yogurt and herbs. Taste of wood char, lightly tart berries, earthy, Brett, well carbonated, awesome linger. swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - JUN 23, 2012
Bottle at festival, Worcester, MA. Apple juice looking pour. Funky notes, green apple, apricots. Nice sour jbeatty (1256) - New York, USA - JUN 16, 2012
Bottle, 06/16/2012. Pours burnt golden color with impressively dense foam head, great retention and thick lacing. Aroma has soft tart fruity quality, notes of apricot, grapes, non-specific exotic tropical fruit, brett and horse blanket, some sweet malts. Compared side-by-side with some lychee liqueur, no lychee coming through here. Taste is sweet, tart maltiness, fruitiness more akin to kiwi, light lemon zest and funk on the end, oaky. Nice, light body, lively. In the end, interesting and restrained lambic, very glad to have tried.

Orange with a bubbly head. Above average mouthfeel. Funky aroma which is fine for the style. A good drinker, smooth and a nice sourness not expected from such sweet fruit.Very good sour, thanks Jason. bluebetty (1021) - AUSTRALIA - MAY 25, 2012
Bottle thanks to Owen. Pours a murky orange with thinnish light tan coloured head. Fruity aromas with a little brett earthiness and some acidity. Flavours show some yeast before a restrained dry sour finish. Not too bad. durhambeer (2500) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - MAY 22, 2012
Pours hazy light yellow-orange with a fizzy head. Funky nose. Subtle notes of lychee and clementine. A bit of orange blossom. Not as sour as expected, really just a hint at the end. Thin, odd, metallic, but still pretty great. JCB (3999) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - MAY 21, 2012
Bottle shared by emacgee - thanks, bitch! Cloudy lemonade pour, with a nice fizzy carb. Bright nose, fruity, a bit ripe from the yeasts, a dose of dry hops. Mouthfeel was moderately acetic, most just sharp and dry. The taste was not as aggressive as I’d expected, and it came across like a barnyard pale ale or something in that idiom. Enjoyable.
