Tap at Mikkeller. Hazy amber colour with a white head. Aroma and flavour of acidic, fruit, malt, barnyard and hops. Anova167 (386) - Manhattan Beach, California, USA - NOV 23, 2014
Pale orange pour with a fizzy head that quickly dissipates. The aroma is ruined by the choice of a green bottle as it is totally skunked with a hint of candied stone fruit. The flavor is still there with that fruit and funk making for a nice tart sour beer. NikkTwist (3369) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 11, 2014
UPDATED: NOV 12, 2014 Draft at Khyber Pass. Poured a hazy orangish copper with only a slight white ring. In balance feels overly sweet and floral. Need to try again. RexTalionis (3816) - FINLAND - NOV 8, 2014
Bottle. Pours hazy golden in color with a whitish head. Funky barnyard notes, lemon and garden apples in aroma at first. After that the sour elements take charge for awhile and they’re accompanied with some earthy and wooden notes too. Really, really nice so far. Wooden oaky tart notes in taste, sour fruityness and funky stable notes mixed with lith bit of floral notes later on. Dry white whine grape, and thus this feels a bit champagne-like from time to time. Apples and vinegar mixed with bitterness in aftertaste. Good one. k0mpsa (3118) - Tuusula, FINLAND - NOV 8, 2014
UPDATED: MAY 30, 2015 Tap at mikkeller and friends. Hazy dark orange color, no head. Aroma is sour, apples, fruits. Taste is sour, apples, some yeasty notes.

Orange-brown in colour, long lasting White head, excellent lacing. graham_murphy (701) - - OCT 23, 2014
Aroma is acidic, lemon citrus, light barnyard.
Flavour is acidic, dry, lots of citrus, barnyard.
Dry acidic mouthfeel, medium body, high carb.
Finishes dry, long acidic.
Quite nice work here.
Difficult to get around if you’re not a drinker of lambic style. The funky yeast is almost overpowering. It can be sipped like a white wine. Lots of citrus - I love that. Very interesting. slowrunner77 (13004) - Reno, Nevada, USA - SEP 23, 2014
"Not as odd as the Spontankoppi, not as good as the kriek or framboise. Very good, almost aggressive, dose of funk and lemon in the aroma. Flavor much the same with a slight added stinky cheese level. Pretty accurate to the style. A bit gassy." oliodnb (663) - ITALY - SEP 5, 2014
UPDATED: OCT 3, 2014 355ml shared. Pours light amber with a low white head. Smells of lemon, yeast, damp wood, and the obvious bretta funky aroma. Taste is very similar with light acidity and not too strong wild yest. Good lambic on the light side of the style. Could be a good way to approach this kind of beer. Tap @ Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen. Aroma: Fruity, fresh, funky, acidic. Taste: Dito. Some acidity that remains in the finish, otherwise quite short.
