375ml bottle (label states 5,3% ABV). Clear orange pour with a transient loose white head that reduces to a firm collar. Nose offers fresh apples, light barnyard, oranges, citrus, light malts and musty sweaty socks. Palate is tart light and refreshing with funky citric moderately sour flavours that do not grate and no bitterness. This is a fine gueuze.

Bottle, 375mL. 5.3% abv. A yellow opaque beer with brown hues ; big creamy white head ; good retention ; beautiful lacing. Smoky aroma, wood, earth, barnyard. Light sweet, medium to heavy sour waves, nice balance between dry and windy. Medium body and texture, good carbonation nearly fizzy, sour lasting welcoming finish. Overall, delicious, good balance between dry, wet wind : oasis landscape. jmgreenuk (10707) - Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA - DEC 12, 2014
Tap at Mikkeller, Victoriagade. Poured a hazy amber with a round bubbly white head. The aroma is light acid citrus. The flavour is moderate sour with a smooth light acidic vinegar citrus palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Borup (16320) - Albertslund, DENMARK - DEC 6, 2014
Tap at Mikkeller. Hazy amber colour with a white head. Aroma and flavour of acidic, fruit, malt, barnyard and hops. Anova167 (397) - Manhattan Beach, California, USA - NOV 23, 2014
Pale orange pour with a fizzy head that quickly dissipates. The aroma is ruined by the choice of a green bottle as it is totally skunked with a hint of candied stone fruit. The flavor is still there with that fruit and funk making for a nice tart sour beer.

UPDATED: NOV 12, 2014 Draft at Khyber Pass. Poured a hazy orangish copper with only a slight white ring. In balance feels overly sweet and floral. Need to try again. RexTalionis (3843) - FINLAND - NOV 8, 2014
Bottle. Pours hazy golden in color with a whitish head. Funky barnyard notes, lemon and garden apples in aroma at first. After that the sour elements take charge for awhile and they’re accompanied with some earthy and wooden notes too. Really, really nice so far. Wooden oaky tart notes in taste, sour fruityness and funky stable notes mixed with lith bit of floral notes later on. Dry white whine grape, and thus this feels a bit champagne-like from time to time. Apples and vinegar mixed with bitterness in aftertaste. Good one. k0mpsa (3265) - Tuusula, FINLAND - NOV 8, 2014

Difficult to get around if you’re not a drinker of lambic style. The funky yeast is almost overpowering. It can be sipped like a white wine. Lots of citrus - I love that. Very interesting.
