I won’t give Mikkeller the credits here. It’s De Proefbrouwerij work, and their expertice that gave this beer it’s great taste. This is a really great lambic, clean and complex at the same time.

Bottle at home, 5.3% abv. Clear dark golden with short lasting fizzy off white head. Grapes, apple, light grass and hay, lemon, gooseberries, quite herbal, green apple peel. Lots of different fruit skins. Medium sour, under medium bitter and very light sweetness. Just medium bodied with fizzy pearly carbonation. Quite nice, pretty close to regular Book gueuze. drfabulous (8092) - Lexington, Kentucky, USA - MAY 14, 2016

Bottle shared by John Sukroo at Ale Alpharetta. Hazy orange, with no real head. Harsh orange peels, light funk, and horseblankets. Very dry, a little funky. Medium, hard, and salty. This is a mellow, very dry and funky beer. Not much complexity, but not bad. Cybercat (5887) - Georgia, USA - SEP 17, 2015
Pours hazy, nigh opaque apricot with an eggshell head. Sour fruit dominates he aroma while letting hints of malt and yeast to peek through. Flavor is quite sour, fruity with a woody underpinning and subtle malt notes. Texture has good body and plenty of fizz. More tart than sour, may be a good beer to introduce the uninitiated to sours.
