This is a Championship Beer folks. A privilege to drink. It makes me feel rich. This must be the way rich people feel when they drink really great expensive wine and the quality and complexity blows you away. All the flavors are there. Sour, tart, funk, lemon, yeast, wheat, on point bitterness and an incredible barrel flavor and an epic very very light cheese. All this in a soft inviting personality. My goodness this is fantastic!!!!! Flawless!!!

This is my favourite beer at the moment. I just bought nine bottles of this beer, cleaning out the store. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

750 ml bottle sampled @ RBWG 2012 – personal contribution – dark hazy orange with a white head –lovely clean, sharp & simple tart & sour lemon taste, hint of horse blanket, sharp basement with a touch of sour apples, bitter aftertaste, doesn’t really have the typical lambic/gauze stuff going on in the way that this is clean & sharp & not old, mouldy & reminiscent of old & cold stone cellars filled with barrels, not sure how they got it but I loved it, very drinkable, balanced, highly refreshing & yummy, sourness is not extreme but highly enjoyable in the way that it is still hash enough & not too mellow, cork dry, nice one from the corp.
