Bottle shared by John Sukroo at Ale Alpharetta. Hazy orange, with no real head. Harsh orange peels, light funk, and horseblankets. Very dry, a little funky. Medium, hard, and salty. This is a mellow, very dry and funky beer. Not much complexity, but not bad. Cybercat (5740) - Georgia, USA - SEP 17, 2015
Pours hazy, nigh opaque apricot with an eggshell head. Sour fruit dominates he aroma while letting hints of malt and yeast to peek through. Flavor is quite sour, fruity with a woody underpinning and subtle malt notes. Texture has good body and plenty of fizz. More tart than sour, may be a good beer to introduce the uninitiated to sours.
