(Draught) cloudy medium deep cranberry color with pink half-finger head. Nose of funky grapes, Brett, earth, oak barrel, tart berry. Taste of tart berry, almost like a less sweet raspberry, grape, earth, Brett, lacto, barrel. Medium carbonation, creamy and tart body.

Bottle: Muddy, crimson-tinted copper body, nearly opaque except for the very edges with a moderately lavender tinted head that fades quickly. Aroma is full of huge, juicy berries & red grape. Almost like a Welchs grape juice with a mild berry & currant undertone. More tartness, too. Slight bit of vinegar on the nose. Ripping tart flavor. Nicely tannic, lots of oak, semi-vinous grape, tart & underripe currant, & some sour berries. Little bit of lemon & faint lactic acid. The acetic character picks up near the finish, lingering with tart berry skins, oak, vinegar, prune, & lemon. Sour, super dry finish. Another nice installment from the Mikkeller Spontan- series.

Bottle; thanks to madmitch76 Prominent notes of cherries; lactose; vineager; aggressive puckering. A lot of sourt tart. Finish is fruity but also dry. Its lip-smacking and then some! Its a very assertive sour beer. Very aggressive. Could be aged a bit longer and rounded off better. Good.

Pours purple-red, hazy, white head. Aroma typical of bret yeast: horseblanket, sour fruit, slight acidity. In taste its seriously sour, very clean acidity, nicely refreshing. Hints of fruitiness in the aftertaste. Nice.

Draft @ Uiltje bar. Pours a hazy purple beer with a big pinkish head on top. Aroma of forest fruits, barnyard funk, Brett and slight oak. Flavor is very sour and tart, loads of fruit in there, big tarty notes and red fruits. Dry, juicy finish, low carbonation. Decent stuff.
