On tap at Erzbierschof 2 times in 2014, uploading old notes.
Deep red/purple with a pink head. Aroma is intensely cassis, berries, but the funk is not missing out. Taste is sweet-sour, super-nice combination of the berries and the funk. A very good amount of sourness which blends in nicely. A great fruit lambic, one of my favourites from the Mikkeller spontans which I’ve had so far. HonusWagner (2168) - Florida, USA - DEC 6, 2014
Easily the best Mikkeller lambic I’ve tried. There’s an intense acidity to this one but the light sweetness of the currant works really well and creates an extremely intense flavor experience. It’s like a raspberry vinaigrette on steroids, or something. Quite tasty. llkc (2341) - århus, DENMARK - NOV 29, 2014
duft: bær solbær. lidt sur . dufter meget syrligt men stadig sødme som gør den frisk

Appearance: The ale is clouded deep red, has a high firm pink head that settles slowly and leaves loads of lacing and good curtains.
Taste: No sweetness to talk about, a very invigorating tart sourness, red fruit aroma, crushed cherry seed bitterness.
Palate: Medium high carbonation, a dry almost course texture, medium body with lots of freshness. Does not feel like near 8%.
Overall: A very nice lambic style beer.
Note: Bottle 375 ml. Reviewed 2012-02-28.

Barnyard aroma with fruit and currants in the background. Medium bodied with flavors of funky yeast, berries and black currants. The finish is funky with a berry aftertaste. Pretty good overall. gad905 (202) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - NOV 9, 2014
