Red hazy with a brownish tone, big pink head. Smells of funky brett, some barnyard, berries, cranberries and mint. The mint reminds me of my last dentist appointment :) Taste is fruity, not malty at all, light sweetness that is overrun by an agressive medium sour acid wall. It contains mostly of wild berries and cranberries. Medium bodied, average carbonation. Some bitter finish way back, it’s not what this beer is about anyway. Totally a quite nice beer.
Vineagar and saliva inducing berry aroma. Nice lambic with the berry flavour filling in the blanks. Gr0ve (2177) - Oslo, NORWAY - APR 24, 2012
375 ml bottle. Hazy deep red colour. Medium white fine-laced head. Loaded with citric acid. Notes of red berries. Some yeast. Crisp acidic flavours balanced with gentle delicate malts and currants. Delicious. DuffMan (10423) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - APR 22, 2012
Bottle shared with my wife. Lovely dark pink with orangeish highlights. Aromas of sour berry fruit and light funk, maybe a little vinegar. Flavours are lovely: sour unripened berries, certainly cranberry, but with hints of strawberry too. Yoghurty lactic acidity and light vinegar tang. A little funk. This showed surprising depth, surpassing my expectations. Really nice. presario (4916) - Stampede City, Alberta, CANADA - APR 20, 2012
Bottle. Very big delicate dirty pink tinged head on dirty dark amber. Aroma of barrels and hints of a sour taste to come. First sip raises the "goosies". Tart and sour. Lots of cranberry on a woody background.

Dumped out a huge slightly rose coloured big bubbly cap and a beautiful dark orange beer with a bit of a red tinge thrown in. Vinegar and some phenols, cranberry and 2x4 sawdust, it’s not all that spectacular smelling. Taste wise it’s good enough with vinegar harshness, wet woody notes, sour berries, mild bitterness somewhere. I do have pillowy soft teeth. Great carbonation. Tannic notes. Good drinking brew. Bottle at the Brewdog Bar, Edinburgh. Pours golden with a huge head. The nose is quite unique with aromas of mature cheeses. The taste has this cheese thing om there but the refreshing cranberry zing means it is really well balanced. Like a fruit lambic (or is that what it’s supposed to be). Delicious. kerenmk (4751) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - APR 8, 2012
Bottle sample at the 3rd Israeli Sour Tasting. Thanks DSG. Cloudy orange colour with white head. Cranberry aroma - sour and sweet alike. Tastes violent: raw sourness. Hard to swallow, oily, flattish. DSG (14764) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - APR 8, 2012
Bottle shared at the 3rd Israeli Sour Tasting. Hazy deep amber with a rocky, frothy, white head. Aroma of barnyard (some manure), citrus and some cranberries. Mouth-drying sour lemony flavor with a bit of vinegar and some wood notes. Medium-bodied. Very good. Fred82 (2324) - Québec City, Quebec, CANADA - APR 7, 2012
375ml bottle shared by Rastacouere..
Appearance : Pours red with small head
Aroma : Nice sharp and acidic fruits with very light acetic notes. Light cough syrup notes. Gets slightly acetic as it warms up.
Taste : Nice fruity cranberries. Sharp and acidic. Finish is fruity with light notes of cough syrup. Finish is also quite tart and dry. Nice tartness.
Overall : Slightly better than the redcurrant and much better than cassis and grapes. Very nice fruits, very sharp. Delightful tartness. Very well made. An example that cranberry lambic can work very well. Excellent stuff.
