Appearance : Pours red with small head
Aroma : Nice sharp and acidic fruits with very light acetic notes. Light cough syrup notes. Gets slightly acetic as it warms up.
Taste : Nice fruity cranberries. Sharp and acidic. Finish is fruity with light notes of cough syrup. Finish is also quite tart and dry. Nice tartness.
Overall : Slightly better than the redcurrant and much better than cassis and grapes. Very nice fruits, very sharp. Delightful tartness. Very well made. An example that cranberry lambic can work very well. Excellent stuff.
At the sour tasting, part B, thanks DSG, pours red to cherry with a huge head, aroma of brett, wine, leaves, fruit of the forest, zest, flavor is lemon, high acidity, some olives, raspberry, nice dry mouthfeel, medium to full bodied, great gramity (1706) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - MAR 26, 2012
Hazy medium red orange (pink - purple) colour with a huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white pink head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy berry, cranberry, tart, leather, barnyard, light earthy. Flavour is light heavy sweet and light moderate acidic with a long duration, berry sweet, cranberry, dry, light lacto. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. From bottle. Cloudy red with a white head. Aroma has typical lambic funk with some cranberry, unsurprising in that department, smells of fruit sherbet. Taste is again what you’d expect, full on lambic with cranberry, closest comparison I can think is fizzy sherbet. Highly carbonated and incredibly sour, possibly the most sour lambic I’ve had, highly acidic. Very nice on this warm sunny spring day patricks110 (2800) - Alberta, CANADA - MAR 18, 2012
Im not the biggest fan of cranberries, but I thought i would give this brew a try. Pours out a bright amber with ruby highlights and a thick offwhite head that dies slowly. A big tart nose with a mild acetic note and some slight hoppy fruit notes. The middle has a bit of an acetic quality with the tartness and sour cranberry notes on the finish. overall, I just don’t like the tartness, but its a pretty good lambic.

Sour sweet taste. Subtle hints of cranberry. Medium body, with a lingering long aftertaste.

Bright clear amber with a pink hue showing through, the crown 5" tall with a soft pink color. Big sour funk, soft soap, rose water can all be smelt. Taste is sharp and intense with the cranberry coming through. Aroma is insane nobody who smells this should want to drink it....But my mouth is watering. The after taste lingers and is a perfect match for fresh cranberries. So very funky, so very pungent. The flavor is full of blackness I know what the means I don’t care if you don’t. I’m getting use to this style more now but is still not my favorite. MrHangover (4693) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - MAR 8, 2012
375 ml bottle. Pours a dirty pink or amber colour with a nice off white 2 finger head. Sour aroma of cranberries, fruity hops and yeast. Incredibly powerfull carbonation in mouthfeel, giving it a quite dry finish. Taste has cranberry sourness and bitterness, making it taste really natural. The lambic influences are well represented in this beer. Good one.. reebtogi (6403) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - FEB 25, 2012
375ml bottle pours a hazy pale amber color with a 3 finger white head that leaves some nice lacing on the glass. Aromas of cranberry and citrus. Taste is cranberry with some malty sweetness and a dry tart bitter finish. Medium body and lively carbonation leave a nice feeling on the palate. Overall, a really nice fully balanced beer. Bottle @ Dan’s place, Denver. Pours hazy burnt orange with small white head. Aroma is funk, lots of craneberries, sugar, dusty, light spicy, oak. Taste is very sour, tart with loads of craneberry, funk, oak, dusty basement, light sugar, yeasty, light spicyness. Thin body, soft carbonation, very dry sour finish. Very nice beer, well balanced between the fruit and the sourness of the beer. 220212
