Bottle shared amongst friends. Opened along side Spontangrape. This was one of the best beers of the night. Great sour funk aroma mixed with cranberries. Nice tarty flavor with big hints of fruit. Just an outstanding sour!

Bottle. Pour is a hazy light red. The aroma you can smell from half way to your nose....wow. I smell more to s of fruit, almost more raspberry than cranberry. Too much sour for me, but interesting for sure. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Pours a light, brownish red, with an immense head. Aroma is brett and lots of fruitiness from berries, as well as an oaky whiff of wood. Flavour is sour from the brett, but with a tremendous fruitiness. Here’s fruit, oak, earthy notes and a nice fruity sourness all at once. Delightful! The fruity, sweetly acidity sticks through the finish.

gunnar (9091) - Sandnes, NORWAY - JUL 9, 2012
Bottle from Ølkonsortiet, Ålborg. Pours hazy pinkish with a huge frothy light pinked head. Aroma is acidic, with berries and funky yeast. Taste is fruity tartness, fresh and crisp, almost astringent. Lingering fruity aftertaste, dry & bitter.

Dark red beer with white head. Beautiful beer Smells like yoghurt and medication, yeast and jelly. The taste is very sour. Lots of berries and again sourness.. This beer is dedicated to sourness. Exciting, but a little too much.

ClubGonzo (5670) - Bergen, NORWAY - JUN 25, 2012
Bottle, shared with BBGTC. Pours a deep amber body with a coppery hued and a medium off-white head. Aroma is lemon, cranberries, heather, hints of lime, straw and faint paint thinner. Taste is intense lemon citric sourness, sour leaves and hints of red berries. Dry, sour and delicious. Very fresh and drinkable, and I guess the best I’ve had from this series.

Color is like a blend of orange and pink, hazy, hints of paint-thinner sour&sweet, fruity&citrus Acidic and sour, very refreshing. Tart and dry. Light mouthfeel and dry.

sarauckelman (540) - Durham, Durham, ENGLAND - JUN 3, 2012
Thick head with large bubbles underlying a layer of thin foam (which tastes delightful all on its own). Extremely sour cranberry flavor, strong cranberry aroma. Color is pinkish-orange, not quite amber. Palate is thin, sharp, acidic, and sparkly. Absolutely fantastic.

Fantastic cranberry aroma. Lots of foamy, pinkish-white head. Jaw-clenchingly sour, like I would expect from cranberries, with just a hint of sweetness on the finish. Reddish amber in the glass.
