Sampled from the tap at Sovengard. Pours a hazy copper brown with a near white head that dissipates to the edges quickly. Aroma has an interesting combination of figs and acid with some funk supporting. Flavor is full of acidic figs with an earthy funk and sweet grain backing.

38cl bottle shared in CW. Sourced via Bottle Shop. It pours a clean amber color with a small beige head. Aroma is vinegarish and really sour with soft fruit notes. Taste is also sour and acidic with more vinegar and skunk with soft lambic notes. Medium bodied with lively carbonation. Overall, ok

Bottle shared in CW - thanks to Matteo. Pours mostly clear rich orange with a creamy, off-white head. Vinegar in the nose, light metal, citrus peel. Light sweet flavour, acetic, with more vinegar, damp wood, old leather, lemon juice. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Finishes with acetic twang, a little buttery popcorn, lemon, leathery berries. So so.

Bottle share at One Canada Square as Mikkeller SpontanFigs, with many thanks to Matteo. Dark orange, translucent, still, foamy off-white head. Aroma is light acetic, apple, melon. Body is light, tingly carbonation, slightly frothy. Taste is apple, slight varnish, skin, papery, light fig, drying finish, not too acidic but its a bit thin, light metallics. Not that great, but alright.

Bottle split at L42, thanks to Scoopy, 09/02/17. Rich amber with a well apponted beige covering. Nose is funk, wood must, grains, light caramel, dark fruit rinds, fruit cake. Taste comprises tarte fruits, spice, figs, dates, brown bread, leather, peppery spice, wood must. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent fayre.

Bottle thanks to Matteo. It pours clear deep brown with a medium tan head. The aroma is funky, sweet - sour, damp wood, sugary, faro vibe, candy, dried fig and cola cubes. The taste is crisp, tart, sour, tangy, good mouth - pucker, sherbet, malt vinegar, dried fig, lime juice, a lot of acidity, damp leaves and wood with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Decent sour action.

Bottle shared on Level 42 09/2017. Many thanks to Matteo for this one. A clear light brown amber coloured pour with a a lasting loose light tan head, . Aroma is tangy fermented onion, brown sugars, pickeled onion, vinegar, brown bread. Flavour is composed of spicy tangy green apple, woody, musty, super sour and tangy, . Palate is super sour, highish carbonation, prickly, sour, sour. Not a fan of this.

Bottle. Dark reddish amber body with pink head. Aroma is fruity sweet, honey and grains in the background. Taste is sour green apples hints of vinegar. Aftertaste is bitter and sourness.
