Fruity aroma, with a Carmel body. Bursts with co2 on the tongue with a slight tart not but fruity, wine like notes. Clean finish.

pours unclear light brown-orange-red with a small beige cap offering some retention and lacing. caramel-ish figs, fig vinegar with acetic peaks, dusty old hops, red wine, spices. moderate carbonation, light body, sour spicy finish. some complexity with a bit of funk yet fig vinegar prevails. o-k. bursprak (3238) - Aarhus, DENMARK - JUL 22, 2017

Solventy aroma, gluey, vinegary, quite sharp and spikey. Sweet toffeeish taste, slightly harsh. Imbalanced. No fig. Covers the alcohol decently. Finish is a bit harsh and solventy. So unsophisticated compared to the cantillon we just had. Decently easy to sip, decent, but only decent.
Bottle (thanks fatphil). Pours copper. Aroma is sour, vinegar, oak, malt. Flavor is sour, oak, vinegar, bitter, beetroot, caramel. Finish is dry and acidic. Overall: drinkable, too vinegary and simple... one of the lesser spontans.

From a bottle. Pours a dark mahogany brown and makes a thin white head. Aroma is pretty subdued, but the figs come through, as do vanilla, and yeast. This is pure beer candy. The sugars are quite refined as are the yeasts. The taste of figs and raisins, and breadiness with a a finish that is tart and a bit astringent. Love this beer.

Bottle from SmakPiwa.pl. Aroma: Dark fruit, figs, lightly acetonic, caramel. Appearance: Dark amber body, low head. Taste: Quite sour, dark fruit, acetone, figs, caramel. Palate: Quite astringent finish, medium body, low carbonation. Vighals (4227) - Sørumsand, NORWAY - MAY 19, 2017
Klar gylden brun med lavt beige skum. Lukter frukteddik, tørket frukt, trevirke og noe vanilje. Sur så det holder, noe fruktighet kommer igjennom. Kvae, noe karamell. Lang. Kjenner sødmen bedre på slutten, med fortsatt sur gjennom hele avslutningen. DocLock (10836) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 8, 2017
Draft at Whole Foods PM. Poured turbid dark brown with tan head. Nose was tart, earthy fig, raisin, mild yeast, spice. The fig worked for me, providing some balance to the acidic tartness. Smooth finish.
