Can. Deep dark opaque red with continuous bubbles. Fruity goodness, light vinegar, wild yeast, really aromatic and pleasant. Amazing how it's insanely sour, but not harsh at all. It's like the sourest raspberry ever, but delicious, rich and appetizing. The finish is not so long, some lemony citrus notes. Super bomb lambic from Mikkeller, these bastards are really talented. Dirty pink with small white head. Sweet-sour fruity aroma with some milky notes. Sour, bit sweet raspberry taste, just excellent. phaleslu (10992) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - DEC 22, 2017
375 ml bottle shared by someone at Tom's raspberry beer tasting. Pours a hazy pink-salmon-gold sort of color with a medium off-white head that settles into a ring. Notes of sawdusty wood, dry grass and herbs, raspberries, vanilla, orchard fruits, and celery. Light-medium bodied, with medium soft carbonation and a tart, oaky, earthy mouthfeel. Pretty good stuff. Honors its lambic roots. sulawang (1217) - - OCT 24, 2017
Visual: (cellared for 3 years). Pours light burgundy with a small 1mm fizzy head, a thick ring with a large island of retention, singular slow sporadic streams.

Nose: medium barnyard funk, cran-raspberry jelly with big wet woody overtones. (lvl-8)-pungency
Attack: big tart-controlled soft sour, light crisp
Mid-palate: big sour-tangy, light tingly bubbles, (lvl-1-sweetness), white wine vinegar, short pukey funk
Finish: fleshy raspberry, pomegranate, big wet oak exhale, some funk, residual wheat malt palate tart
Summary: A big depth of evolved raspberry flavour complemented by an equally big woodiness. Virtually no alcohol detection. Seamless transitions in and very sippable, lots of positive characteristics in this fruit lambic.

(Bottle) hazy, bright pinkish amber colour with a small pinkish beige head; aroma of sourness, fruit compote, leather; intense, sour flavour, long medium sour finish superspak (6375) - Waterford, Michigan, USA - FEB 22, 2017
330 ml can into tulip glass, best before 6/22/2017. Pours slightly hazy ruby red/light pink/orange color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy light pink head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lasts. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of huge tart/jammy raspberry, cranberry, lemon, lime, green apple, red grape, wheat, cracker, hay, straw, oak, musty funk, red wine vinegar, light vanilla, and yeast/oak earthiness. Incredible aromas with fantastic complexity and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, raspberries, oak barrel, and moderate pale malt notes; with huge strength. Taste of huge tart/jammy raspberry, cranberry, lemon, lime, green apple, red grape, wheat, cracker, hay, straw, oak, musty funk, red wine vinegar, light vanilla, and yeast/oak earthiness. Good amount of fruity/lactic sourness and tannic fruit/oak tartness on the finish; with lingering notes of raspberry, cranberry, lemon, lime, green apple, red grape, wheat, cracker, hay, straw, oak, musty funk, red wine vinegar, light vanilla, and yeast/oak earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, raspberries, oak barrel, and moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/tart/sourness balance; lightly puckering, but not astringent. Moderate dryness from tart/sourness, increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and acidic/tannic/grainy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 7.7%. Overall this is an incredible fruit lambic! All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, raspberries, oak barrel, and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink, despite the fairly intense lactic sourness and tannic fruit flavors. Never overwhelming with a nice malt backing for balance. A highly enjoyable offering. tderoeck (10983) - Gent, BELGIUM - FEB 7, 2017
