UPDATED: SEP 10, 2016 Bottled and canned. Pours hazy red with a medium sized, lacing and pale pink head. Aroma of raspberries, wood and barnyard notes. Sweet flavor that ends up dry and tart. Medium bodied, watery to oily texture and average carbonation. An enjoyable and crisp fruit lambic, maybe more fresh in the canned version. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 radagast83 (8059) - Alexandria, Virginia, USA - OCT 18, 2013
375ml bottle, from a local Total Wine. Because my mom really likes framboise, I brought it over to my parents place to try as a semi-birthday gift. Pours quite nicely, with a clear red, light purple color - check. Pink head - check.DrSilverworm (9671) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - OCT 17, 2013
Aroma is not nearly as raspberry as I had hoped. Some funk in there, but not overtly sour or tart smelling. Flavor isn’t so much tart, as funky. There’s some light raspberry in there, touch of acid perhaps. Overall, hoped for a bit more in this one, it’s good but wasn’t nearly as fruity or tart as I was hoping it would be.
Sample from a 12.7oz bottle. Mostly clear pinkish red color. Thin bubbly white head. Couple dots of lace. Very nice big raspberry aroma. Lightly spicy. Bigger sour taste, light sweet. Lighter body. Lightly sticky texture. Lighter carbonation. Easy drinking, pretty refreshing and tasty. Solid raspberry lambic. Marheb (5749) - San Diego, California, USA - OCT 5, 2013
375ml bottle @ cabin. Bought from Drink Shop, Tallinn. Totally smells and tastes like lambic. Not bad at all. I wanna try some more this spontan series from Mikkeller so could know what kind of beer these are at the end :-)

375 ml bottle. Hazy pink body with a big beige head. Aroma of raspberries, candy and light funky. Flavor is refreshing sweet and sour acidic raspberry and other sour red berries. Medium body and fruity acidic aftertaste. Kind of nice, but not among the great classic fruit lambics. VT (2527) - Quebec City, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 30, 2013
375 ml bottle from czar - thanks, mate. Pours an opaque orangeish pink with a whitish-pinkish head. Aroma is raspberries, cheese. Flavor is raspberries, dry cheese, yeast, cake. Finish is tart, dry, vinegar. Light to medium body, average carbonation. Okay. Damico (3147) - Royersford, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 28, 2013
Pours thick, unclear dark ruby crimson with a small pinkish white head. Aroma is juicy berry tart, almost cherries. Flavor is decently puckering tart with wild yeast as a backbone. RexTalionis (3744) - FINLAND - SEP 27, 2013
Bottled. Pours wine red in color with a small pinkish head. Cherries and sweet marzipan in aroma. Slightly sour notes as well. Sour cherries, some light, but very subtle notes of vinegar though. A bit light despite the quite high abv. Tasty nonetheless. czar (9056) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 25, 2013
pours hazy medium dark golden, red-pink tint, with a nice very light pink cap, some retention. fresh raspberries, cheese, leathery bretts, lemon, bit of spices - cinnamon, citric and lactic acidity mostly. bright carbonation, light body, dry leafy herbalness and slightly astringent finish. slightly different raspberry lambic and definitely in the brussels league.. much enjoyed!
