[email protected] Bar, Copenhagen. Deep red colour, small white head. Aroma and flavour both have tart, but at the same time semisweet raspberries along with some slight wooden notes. Mouthdrying and quite long pleasant aftertaste.

Bottled. Cloudy orange brown, small pink head. Aroma of ripe strawberries. Mid dry with rounded mouthfeel. Sweet and sourish, more strawberry than raspberry flavour. Only lightly tart. Lightstale hop bitterness. Not as complex as the better lambics.

Bottle shared with Mes&Sim, Leighton and Scopey at the CP&K. Cheers! Hazy red beer, no real head. Light and dry palate. Sour raspberries on the nose. Very tart beer but we are not in lemon-acid territory. A little raspberry flavour in there amongst the tongue tingling tartness. Finishes dry and crisp. Not bad - just the right side of being too sour.
