Bottle at borefts 2011. Spontangrape. Clear gold colour. grapey and lambicky mix works well like the vignerone. Now that is a tasty beer. Lovely everything.4/5

Deep golden color, small white head. Tart horseblankety aroma, very authentic. Medium-bodied. Very Cantillon-like, tart, fruity, horseblankety.Soft palate, easy to drink, delicious.

Bottled (from bierkompass.de). Golden colour, not too much head. Aroma is rather sour wooden notes with some slight fruityness as well. Flavour is being quite similar. Aroma was very pleasantly sour lambic like, the flavour gets a bit sweeter, but still the grape is coming through in a bit sweeter way.

gunnfryd (14815) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - JAN 29, 2012
Bottle at DSG 2011. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is frunk, grapes. Flavour is sour, brett, grape, malt. Weird beer.

Japalo (1874) - DENMARK - JAN 18, 2012
Bottle. Small head. Light Cooper haze. Basement notes. Some citrus aromas. Pronounced grape flavours. Fine sour bitter (from the grape) finish. Well balanced.

My Bottom Line :
Wheat, pils malt, citrus fruit and barnyard characteristics intertwine in this crisp P-Lambic.

Further Personal Perceptions :
-A slim film of foam floats atop the pale gold.
-White grapes are only subtly alluded to. Not the fruitiest of the series, but it’s still elegant and highly engaging.
-Soda cracker impressions come from the crunchy wheat.
-The aroma is not as attractive as the flavor profile.
-The tight, prickly effervescence creates a classy mouthfeel.
-White grapes may not be anywhere near the forefront, but they are intelligently positioned in the flavor profile, alongside the citrusy acidity.

Nightfall (1307) - Hamburg, GERMANY - JAN 2, 2012
Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, Ulfborg 2011. Hazy golden color with a creamy, lacing white head. Aroma and flavours are tart, grape, lemon, brett. Very dry finish. Quite nice even if it is not my style.

JohnRMurdoch (4825) - Glasgow, SCOTLAND - DEC 31, 2011
Bottle from BrewDog Glasgow. Rich amber colour, good head. Dry fruit (mainly grape) aroma. Dry bready grape flavour, sour aftertaste. Not my thing.

Bov (12636) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - DEC 29, 2011
from Erzbierschof - cloudy dark blond beer with a solid foamy white head; aroma of hay, cheese and bretts; fairly tart acidity and medium-bodied; some fruity juiciness below; quite dry and tart acidic cheesy finish

lassem (652) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - DEC 28, 2011
A 37,5 bottle. Pour with the most fantastic fizzy soundtrack from the frothy white head on top. The head stays put on top of the hazy straw coloured body, The nose is fresh and full of frsh green apples and sour grapes. There som bretty notes with fine lactic and accidic notes. Wet hay on top. The taste is powerfull without over doing it. Its sour but still with a very smooth and somehow sweet touch to it, The mouthfeel is both sparkling and smooth with a buttery feeling. Its very drinkable and refreshing and has a long mild sourness as a finish. Great beer...great beer
