4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
375ml green bottle. Gold pour topped with creamy white foam. Nose has a decent sour streak with roasted coffee overtop. Just a faint funky note in there. Taste has typical lemony geuze sourness, light tang, coffee in the background, slight chocolate note from the coffee as well. The coffee lingers in the aftertaste, light cocoa, pseudo-earthines, some tang, lemony sourness. Lightish body, medium carbonation. Strange mix of ingredients, but this really works for me.
Green coffea in both aroma and taste. Gives a Nice aroma but kind of dry in the finish. The cheese made by arlaunika using this beer was amazing, the beer was only ok. Maakun (6339) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - APR 21, 2017
Bottle shared. Hazy orange golden, small off white head. Quite fruity with apricot, dried berries, some dried coffee beans, soft nuts, hay, light minerals. There’s not much coffee left but it works nice in the background. Light sweet, sour and bitter. Medium bodied. sjogro (4654) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - APR 21, 2017
Bottle shared at Puttetjes’, courtesy of Maakun. Thanks for sharing! Hazy amber gradient. Thin greyish head. Smells of coffee beans and lambic. Sweet malts, coffee berry, sour grapes, sweet caramels, bitter roasted coffeebean, nuttiness, almond and hazel. It works. It’s proof that everything is better with coffee. Light sweet, moderate sour and bitter. Medium body. Soft carbonation. Aroma’s in all directions. Very nice. Bov (13219) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - JAN 30, 2017
from Pi Bar - hazy blond beer with a moderate foam left; solid aroma of barnyard, rhubarb and coffee; medium-bodied, tart and sour; very dry and long aftertaste of apples, coffee, cellar and rhubarb alex_leit (5031) - Minsk, BELARUS - AUG 28, 2016
Yellow color, white foam. Aroma: wild with good coffee. Taste: coffee, caramel, sour, malty, not bad.

375ml heavy glassed green bottle with expiry 30/4/22. Appearance is bright orange with a medium-large lasting cream-white head. I don’t get any coffee on the nose - just the usual musty horse blanket funk with perhaps a hint of orange citrus. Taste is similar with the earthy coffee granules only coming through at the very end of the palate. Good dry tart profile but not one of Mikkeller’s best. HPDalen (376) - DENMARK - APR 2, 2016
Citrus and coffee aroma. Pours golden with very little white head. Totally sour taste with coffee. Medium bodied, fizzy and quite abrupt. Weird, but strangely satisfying FatPhil (16960) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - JUN 7, 2015

Totally weirdo aroma, it’s coffee and lambic, basically. Nice orange, small head. Taste is weirder, but not so acceptable, it’s a mismatch. Gerkhin ice-cream. Bacon-scented shower gel. Coffee lambic. Some combinations just don’t work well.
Bottled. Hazy orange/very pale brown colour with a mediumsized white head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is coffee, some sour wood, mild grainy and citrusy notes as well. Flavour is quite similar, with the coffee being quite subtle and settled, not pushing through all too much. OK, but still feeling rather strange. 4/13/2015. From bottle. Light amber with a white head. Funky, cheesy aromas. Hints of coffee, yeast, barnyard. Tart with a light sourness. A bit of coffee on the finish.
