oh6gdx (26487) - Vasa, FINLAND - JUN 13, 2011
[email protected] Bar, Copenhagen. Deep red colour with a small pinkish head. Aroma is sweet and sour cherries along with some yeasty and quite earthy notes. Flavour is quite similar. More thin and lacks the samt tartness as the Spontanframboos.

Bottle: The aroma consists of lemon, feet, and a funky cherry and watermelon combination. It pours a hazy pinkish-orangr with a pink tinted white head that leaves behind spotty lacing. The flavor starts with a quick dose of watermelon. The finish has sour cherry, lemon, funk. must, and oak. Light-medium bodied with mild carbonation.

dEnk (4200) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - MAY 15, 2011
Aroma is light brett with a subtle cherry note. Flavour is light watery kriek & brett. Framboos is more impressive, still good though.

bu11zeye (13140) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - MAY 8, 2011
(375ml bottle) Pours a hazy scarlet red body with a spare pinkish head. Aroma of horse blanket, mustiness, cherries, sweaty socks, and some saran wrap notes. Flavor of cherries, yeast, brett, and grass with a dry, bitter finish.

mile (4032) - Helsinki, FINLAND - MAY 8, 2011
Bottle. Reddish, hazy, average and fully diminishing pink head. Light to moderate, fruity and lightly sweetish aroma, cherries. Body is light to medium, fruity and dry flavor, sourness with some cherries, some wood. Finish is average, fruity and sour, very dry, cherries with notes of wood. Nice but not great kriek - bit thin body.

Brix (660) - DENMARK - MAY 2, 2011
Tasted 2011-04-22. Pours muddy, dark red. Funky brett aroma. Some cherries. Not much. Sour. More funky than the raspberry version. Love it.

caesar (7170) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - APR 30, 2011
Bottle from bierkoning. Slight hazy dark red color, medium pinkish head. Aroma is fruity of kriek, some barnyard. Bit sweet taste, bit tart, quite fruity. All nicely balanced. Hint of alcohol.

Meilby (11639) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - APR 28, 2011
Bottle 375ml @ home
Pours cloudy red with a pink head. Aroma has notes of sour cherries and yeast. Taste is light sweet and medium sour. Body is medium to full, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is fizzy

Blairgus (4613) - California, USA - APR 27, 2011
24 April 2011, bottle. pink, rosy red, faint haze. obviously a kriek. lambic tartness and tart cherries w/ some cobwebs on the nose. thin body and slightly fizzy. tastes of tart cherries. its not puckeringly sour but it doesn’t seem to have been artificially sweetened either. i don’t think it has the nutty finish of a cantillon kriek. very nice.

hopscotch (11181) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - APR 26, 2011
Bottle… Hazy garnet ale with a mid-sized, creamy, light pink head. The nose is sour, funky, fruity and a smidge herbal. Light to medium-bodied with a raspy mouthfeel and tickling carbonation. The flavor is both sour and bitter and seems over-attenuated. Lots of yeasty bitterness with seemingly no residual sugar. Finishes tart, moderately bitter and beyond dry. Bottle courtesy of Plovmand!
