Murky dark pink color with light pinkish head. Aroma has lambic funk, acetic but also some berry notes. Taste is sour up-front, fruity but not with any specific fruit, just generic. There are also some weird cheesy notes. Light body, quite effervescent and dry. Overall it’s a quite legit lambic but not one of the best of the series.

Tap at Warpigs. Poured a clear reddish pink with a bubbly pink head. The aroma is yeast, dough biscuit malt, red berry fruit. The flavour is moderate sour with a light crisp, refreshing, tart fruit palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. Tart and sour and will have you pulling strange faces, but packed with fruit and biscuit malts. A great beer.

On tap at Warpigs. Hazy ruby pour with a thin pink head. Notes of lambic funk, brett bitterness, cherries or whatever, medicinal bitterness. Medium bitterness and sourness, very subtle sweetness.

Nose: barnyard, sour, raspberry, very fresh lime peel, funk, peach and grass. Taste: funk forward, sour, crisp apple, sour cherry, tart acidity, underripe raspberry. High carbonation, deep red colour, low body- very clean, sharp and fresh with a young sweetness and spritely funk.

Aroma is a strong mix of berries and lemons. The flavor is berries, lemons, malts, slightly oily, mild sweetness and a long and very tart/somewhat dry finish.

Bottle. Pours a clear deep red with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of sour lingoberry with a bit of funk and a bit of sweetness underlying. Flavor is mainly sour and slightly acidic lingonberry with a slight sweetness to cut through and a bit of funk.
