375ml bottle, cloudy amber-orangeish hue, with a white head, with a nice funky, bretty wild yeast, woody nose, with a wet oak barrel, musty fruity, barnyard, acidic, sour berry accent, and a lemon juice, tart green apple note in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a good funky, bretty wild yeast, tart, sour white berry, juicy lemony, zesty grapefruit, lime rind, acidic green apple, kind of an acidic vegetal green leaf plant , maybe is the sea buckthorn in the character, with a light wet oak winey barrel tannin, musty berry flavour, leading towards a funky, bretty yeastiness, good lingering fruity acidic, sourness finish. abemorsten (3614) - Mosterøy, NORWAY - JAN 22, 2015

Bottle (37,5): Served at a good temperature in a Chouffe glass:
Medium sized white head. Hazy orange body.
Aroma and flavour seriously remind of the classic Belgian Geuze, very nice and very well done: cheese, funk, wild yeast, rope, se barnyard, tart, rubber, cellar, wood and wet stone. Damn it’s all here and tasty!
Aftertaste is tart, cheese, funk, wild yeast, grapes and berries, some barnyard, wood... Etc etc
Low carbo, loght creamy mouthfeel and more than just medium bodied. Super stuff! tectactoe (3125) - Michigan, USA - JAN 13, 2015
UPDATED: FEB 23, 2015 Bottle: Pours like a burnt amber swamp, murky & completely opaque. Slightly bubbly eggshell cap fades to a thin ring quickly. Aroma has huge bouts of tart citrus, acidic lemon, stone fruit, & a strong backing of barnyard funk, wet cork, & driftwood. Just a hint of florals. Smells nice. Wow! Extremely sour flavor, puckering as hell. Sour citrus, lemon, peach, & sharp, acidic notes of under-ripe stone fruit skins. Moderately lactic with a bit of white wine vinegar. Strong, musty barnyard & cork-like funk with a strong, woody finish alongside the fading, acidic citrus. Crisp, dry, sour. Slight perfume-esque bite near the back-end. No idea what a sea buckthorn tastes like but apparently it’s sour & quite citrusy. Delicious beer. Very gueuze-like in maybe ways, perhaps a bit more acidic/sour & less woody/funky, but tasty as hell nonetheless. RichTheVillan (7847) - Birmingham, West Midlands, ENGLAND - DEC 29, 2014
Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; cloudy amber pour with a creamy off white head, quite a funky aroma with sour yoghurt and tart fruits, taste has some lip puckering sourness, grape, some cider apple, peach, lemon, quite funky, slight sweetness and salty gose action.
