COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Earlier batches brewed by Mikkeller at rbk Bryggeri, rbk, Denmark.
A love of American microbrews is the inspiration behind this IPA, brewed with generous amounts of aromatic, American hops, which provide the significant freshness and bitterness with lots of citrus notes. The taste sensations are nicely balanced by the sweetness from the caramel malt.
Ingredients : Water, malt (pilsner, munich and caramunich), flaked oats, hops (chinook, cascade and amarillo) and ale yeast.

33cl bottle at home from Only Good Beer, Budapest. Nose is light fruity. Body is opalescent amber, head is small, white, frothy, mostly diminishing, good lacing. Aroma is tropical fruits, grapefruit, honey. Medium sweet, light bitter, light citric sour. Finish is long lasting hoppy medium bitter. Light body, dry texture, average carbonation. Easy, refreshing, simple, tasty.

Thank you Fred for this bottle that we share together at le Petit-Lancy. It is a decent IPA, hop, malt, bitterness and citrus, the taste is staying a good moment in the mouth, refreshing. The color is yellow and troubled, thin foam, regular carbonation, good.

Pour is a dark copper with a large white head. Aroma is a bit citrus and a bit of pine hops with some caramel malt sneaking in there. Flavor is a slight hop with a big malt presence. Its not a sweet malt but its a big part of this beer and kind of overpowers the hops. This should be named old school stateside. 20 years ago this would have been nice but by todays IPA standard this would not scratch the surface of what an IPA can be.

Can. Tropical fruits, mango mostly, some citrus. Meaty and thick, yet not extremely heavy. Crisp carbonation carrying the fruit forward. Sweet mango finish. Highly drinkable, too. Yum!

Clear amber color, small off-white head. Little bit of gas (?), mostly hops and peach aroma. Pretty high level of bitterness, hebal, grassy and fruity notes, very very nice. Medium body, soft carbonation.
