Draft. A murky red beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of vinegar, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with sour notes of vinegar, and notes of malt, berries, and caramel, leading to a lightly tart finish. The mouthfeel is a bit light compared to the ABV, but the alcohol still leaves a slight burn on the tongue. joergen (28949) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAR 26, 2011

Bottled. Hazy orange/brown. Acidic nose with plenty of toffee behind. Medium-full bodied with caramelly malt and vinegary acidity that creates a burning sensation. Big flavours, but a bit messy. madmitch76 (25247) - , Essex, ENGLAND - JAN 6, 2013

Cloudy red brown beer, residual off white head. Light palate, semi dry. Moderate carbonation. Tart medicinal toned Worcester Sauce! Some paradoxical sweet notes. A little cherry underneath. Finishes dry with a lingering tart aftertaste. Very drinkable.
On tap. Pours an opaque reddish brown with a small off-white head. The nose has plenty of sweet rotten fruit and acetone. Medium body, sweet berry-like fruit and wood - think Rodenbach. Again noble rot, very sweet dessert wine yet with an extreme acetic tartness in the finish. 070411
