7/IV/2012 - 37.5cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker) @ Erwin’s place - BB: n/a (2012-338) Thanks to Erwin for sharing the bottle!gyllenbock (9323) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - MAY 18, 2012
Dark brown beer, creamy beige to brown head, unstable, little adhesive. Aroma: lots of chocolate, vanilla, bit of smoke. MF: good carbon, medium body. Taste: dark chocolate, vanilla, mocha, some chilli, cocoa powder, bit of red berries. Aftertaste: chillies, dark chocolate, mocha, more chillies. Interesting, but a little unbalanced, too much chillies, making it a bit too hot to just drink like that. Should be accompanied by a meal. Maybe a chocolate dessert?
Bottle at Mikkeller Bar, May 2012.
Almost black with a small tan head. Aroma and taste of roasted malt, some chili, vanilla, chocolate and notes of hops.
