Bottle, courtesy of Rebecca, about 2 years old. Pours unclear red. Aroma is blueberry, oak, vanilla, more berries. Body is medium, yoghurt, nicely sour and sweet, blueberry fruity, but more like jam than fresh ones. Lingering sweet and sour yoghurt palate. Good, but probably not getting better with more age.

Aroma is nice and sour: red wine, oak, blueberry, cherry stone. Taste is bitter and sour, with cherry stone, fruity, tarty, but too bitter. The cherry stone flavor feels a bit unbalanced.

750 ml bottle, vintage 2013, shared by Saeglopur, many thanks! Pours a hazy, deep ruby red with a quickly disappearing pinkish head. The aroma is very smooth with blueberries along with subtle barrel notes, some funk. Very mellow, very lovely smell. Medium body with a medium carbonation and a medium sourness and a light tartness. The flavor is full of blueberries with some more sour berries, subtle vinegar, tart cherries and some woody notes. Finishes dry with smooth woody notes. Extremely well balanced, full in flavor - excellent!

750 ml bottle, 2013 vintage.
Deep ruby-purple body, with a medium, pinkish head.
Aroma with loads of lovely, smooth, sweet-earthy blueberries, medium wooden, subtle vinegar.
Tastes of sour berries, wood, medium vinegar.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes medium acidic, wooden, dry, with lingering blueberry skin, subtle vinegar.

Very tasty. I really love the nose, which is still full blueberries after 4 years. Taste is a bit straighter, while also really nice, with the blueberries coming through again in the finish. Overall a perfectly balanced, fruity sour beer, that ages very well.

75cl bottle @ Chez Sophie tasting, Dec 2016. Pours a very deep, dark purple. small pink head. Aroma of vibrant blueberries, bristling sour. Taste is crisp, not overly sour, but plenty of the promised juicy blueberries alongside a tame lactic expression. Good stuff.
