Piana niewielka drobna i trwała. Kolor jasne złoto lekko zmętnione. Aromat kwaskowo słodki, świeże owoce, winogron, brzoskwinie, nuty dzikie, złożony przyjemny. Smak oddaje to co w zapachy, umiarkowanie kwaśne, jabłka, winogrona, brzoskwinie, cytrusy, brety dały stajnie, ściągające taniny, dębina, ziołowo leśne posmaki po chmielach. Piwo średnio pełne, raczej wytrawne, złożone, smaki zagrały, pije się wyśmienicie. Bardzo Dobre

22-02-17 // bottle shared at home.

Bottle at home. Pours hazy amber with a white head. Aroma of acid, light vinegar, green apples, bretty, barn, green apples, quite citrusy, and a little tropic. Taste is quite sour, with loads of fruits, vinegar, again light tropical, some funky notes, and light powder, light overripe apples. Quite sour.

0, 375L bottle shared at home with friends. Appearance: Pours a slight hazy golden colour with thin white head that does not last long. Aroma: Decent aroma of peach citrus peel, tangerine, sour white grape, plum and some hawthorn (!). Notes of brett and oak with some earthy and yeasty aromas as well. Taste: Very similar to the aroma, with some sour grape tartness and woody notes. Palate: Thin to medium body with medium carbonation. Tart white grape, plum and mild bitter citrus peel aftertaste. Dry, soft and long-lasting finish with some funkiness. Overall: Fascinating beer. The perfect combination of dry hopping and sour lambic. Not as strong as its Belgian cousins, but the dry-hopping process of those new-world hops has allowed it to stand out among all lambics.

Bottle shared. Slight hazy golden with short lasting white head. Cheese, sour grains, dank hops, quite some citrus, tangerine and lemon mostly. Quite mineral and lots of drying grass, funk, some leather and horse. Under medium sour and bitter. Almost medium bodied with soft carbonation. Quite hoppy but not overpowering at all, well done.
