Eructoblaster (4205) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - APR 1, 2017
Bottle - 330ml. Beautiful hazy amber body with an average off-white, foamy head. Interesting malty/hoppy taste with spicy, spruce, and flowery hints. Alcohol is well hidden. Its sharp malty/hoppy taste carries oaky, yeasty (brett), and sour berries notes. Ends with a long bitter/sour finish. Good stuff, a bit out of the beaten path.

ALIBALI (2106) - Kiel, GERMANY - FEB 25, 2017
Bretto over all, aber auch sanft, mit Düften von karamelisierte Nüßen, Honigsirup und seifiger Spiceyness. Geilo!!! Der Trunk dann deutlich geerdet und ohne Höhenflüge, dann aber langer wärmender Begleiter. Hier dominiert ebenfalls der Gerber und seine oben erwähnten Zutaten, weiß er richtig einzusetzen. Lecker!! Und auch weinig. 0,33l Bottle from BEERGIUM.COM.

Some phenols also very very light funk with noticeable caramel malt backbone with boozy alcohol.

33cl bottle. Hazy amber with a nice tan head. Caramel, yeast and fruity. Medium sour. Good.

afitch (7) - Norwich, Norfolk, ENGLAND - JAN 18, 2017 does not count
Bottle in tulip glass at home. Nose is bright sweetness, like cheap perfume, with dried and fresh fruits, some honey and rock sugar. Pours hazy amber, with a strong, thick white head that lasts. Taste follows the aroma, with lots of sweetness, dried fruits and flowers but with some bitterness. Medium body. Overall a decent wild ale, with the Brett doing its work, without going bonkers.

3.6
ciocanelu (2532) - Timisoara, ROMANIA - JAN 11, 2017
Hazy dark amber color with beige head. Aroma has caramel malt, some sweet, overripe fruits and some floral yeast esters. Taste is more yeasty, it even has some light brett notes. Also the sweetness from the aroma does not translate to the taste, it’s quite bitter and earthy, but it’s still fruity overall. Medium body with medium to high effervescence. Overall it’s a quite interesting beer.

jedrol (80) - Bydgoszcz, POLAND - DEC 13, 2016
Butelka Wygląd: barwa miedziana, lekko zmętnione, piana średnio pęcherzykowa. Aromat: Złożone. Wyczuwalna nuta dzikich drożdży, słodycz, nieco przypraw, winność, nuty ciemnego chleba. Dzikość zanika na rzecz karmelu. Smak: lekko słodkie, następnie lekka kwaśność, która szybko zanika, delikatna alkoholowość (początkowo lekkie rozgrzewanie w przełyku)

PhillyCraft (7228) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 29, 2016
backlog, Bomber bottle shared on the 4th of July. Pours a hazy red with small to medium sized head. Smell is belgian yeast, smoke, dried fruit, and hops. Flavor is pine, grapefruit, dark fruit, and candy sugar. Creamy mouthfeel with average carbonation. A nice sipper to mix in.

3.7
DroolYeast (1489) - Odder, DENMARK - NOV 22, 2016
Bottle @ home. Aroma of lots of brett, light malt and some citrus. Clear amber with white head, lasting. Taste is light+ bitter, more brett and light sweet to dry. Medium body, oily/dry feel and bitter brett finish.
