Pours. Dark copper color, slightly clear, with visually high carbonation and long lasting beige creamy head. Aroma reveals modern interpretation of its style: intense hop aroma, which takes on citruses, grapefruit, some stone, tropical fruits, supported with intense note of slightly sour grape (bretta). Flavor is practicalky the same as aroma, supoorted with crisp, slightly toasted note of malts, before finish steps forward gentle note of candy. Finish is dry, fruity bitter. Body is medium to full, texture soft, medium carbonation.

If Mikkeller has an underrated beer this would be it. This beer is the perfect execution of Belgian ale with Brett. The caramel/candy flavor balances perfectly against the peach/mango hop flavours, with the Brett slicing right through. A go-to beer for me, and by FAR the most fairly-priced Mikkeller beer relative to quality. I hope it stays that way!

Piana spora, mydlana, postrzępiona, otwieraniu towarzyszył gushing. Barwa bursztynowa, lekko opalizująca, z drobnymi pęcherzykami gazu. Aromat intensywny i przyjemny, są tu zarówno nuty nowofalowego chmielu, dzikich drożdży jak i słodowej podstawy. W smaku wyraziste, delikatna słodycz owoców tropikalnych, troszkę karmelu, rodzynek, żywicy, cytrusów, kandyzowanych owoców... W tle delikatne nuty funky i siana, średnia goryczka, grejpfrutowo pikantna.

Aroma is caramel/caramel malts, sugar/candy and Brett. The flavor is fruit/tropical fruit, sugar/candy, malts, light hops and a mix of tart, slight sweetness and a mild bitterness in the finish.
