Bottle @ tasting. Aroma is fruity citrussy hops, almost dishwashing liquid like. Flavour is spicy, floral hops, very creamy and easy going, some spicy notes.

75cl bottle shared with friends. Thin white head. Slightly hazy golden blond pour. Quite nice.

Bottle, shared with mmmIPA and others. Murky light amber, towering bubbly head. Intensely spicy aroma, lots of coriander as expected, but with some "autumn spice" character too, especially mace. Very soft palate, predominantly spicy and yeasty, lovely lemongrass notes in here, orange peel bitterness. At the beginning the spice load had me in doubt, but in thd end this was a lovely characterful take on one of my favorite summer styles, with the usual Mikkeller spin, to excellent effect. Loved it.

Cloudy goop, big foamy sticky head that likes sliding down inside the rim... Coriander and herb nose, belg yeast goodness, lemongrass, flowery and fresh cut citrus. Very very attentive and fresh aroma. The taste is very good with notable spice and nice bitterness. Siff coriander, unsweetened grapefruit, nice malt, light sweetness, lemongrass, more spicy bitterness. Excellent. Spicy bitter finish that is not overly strong while remaining accretive. I loved every single sip.

Cirrhosis (1283) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - AUG 18, 2012
Hazy orangey tan with a tall white crown floating on top. Aroma is orange with a big wheat back bone, smooth, creamy, sweet, with a spicy finish. Taste is very exactly the similar. So smooth and full tasting. This does start to border on to sweet but never crosses the line. There is most difently a bitter hop hiding in the finish, never seen that before in a Wit. Good brew not what i was in the mode for tonight but still good.

Bottle looks complex, but interesting. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Fruity aroma. Starts mild, malty-sweet with fine fruity notes. A bit salty. Dry background. More and more sourish. Finish well balanced, fruity, mild sourish. Notes of grapefruit. Good beer!

750ml capped bottle pours a golden orange color with a massive white head that leaves some nice thick lacing behind. Aroma is light fruits with some yeast and citrus. Taste is a fruity and malty sweetness with a mild citrusy hop bitterness with hints of yeast. Medium bodied with some nice carbonation providing a nice sensation on the palate. Taste is about average for the style, but the appearance is exceptional.

UPDATED: JUN 13, 2014 [email protected] Gift from Gert. Light amber haze. One finger fine bubble foam. Plenty of complex fruity aromas. Orange bitterness dominates the taste. Plenty of undefined spicyness. Strange but nice brew. Retasted tobak 20/5/14. Very coriander. Retasted Knut 13/6/14. Weak Bread wheat aromas. Cereal taste sekond FU. Dry-sweet finish.

750ml bottle bought at Kihoskh. Hazy golden color, a bit clear for a wit. Big foamy white head. Aroma of cardamom, yeast, citrus and pepper. Taste is mostly the same, with a sweet spicy element I can’t define, though it’s not toilet, which is a good thing. A clever spice approach on a wit.

75cl shared by Alexcg. Cloudy golden with a white head. Intense aroma of spices, especially cardamom. Malt is noticable, but nose and flavour is dominated by spices. Strange, but quite nice. Sweet with a slightly dry and quite spicy finish.
