33cl bottle from local Alko. This skilfully made brew reminds me of saying: The few who do are the envy of the many who watch. - Jim Rohn. Mikkeller just does not let you down no matter the style.

A ale-ish beer thats sweeter and denser or richer compared to ales that Ive previously tasted. The carbonation is very creamy, guinness-like, but theres less foam. The color is mead- and coffee-like. The taste is very elegant with the typical ale dryness, bitterness and yeastiness, but the taste has more "body" than other ales Ive had. It tastes like a mix between some generic ale and Guinness-like stouts. I cannot pinpoint clear flavours other than that it tastes like "dark beer" and is again Guinness-like. Its an excellent beer though and I find nothing to complain. Would buy again, if I fancy this style of beer.

vinivini (1702) - BELARUS - FEB 4, 2017
Bottle. Chestnut brown with big ivory frothy head that stays. Promising aroma of dark chocolate, caramel, fruity and floral hops. Light to medium body. Oily texture. The taste starts optimistic showing nice balance of chocolate malts and floral hops. At the very moment you are ready to scream out a compliment the mouth feel breaks down. The ending is hollow. Ive missed my orgasm. Pity.
