Psytron (2450) - Turku, FINLAND - SEP 14, 2017
Sold as Mikkeller Vesterbro Brown Ale. Smell of hops. Dark brown colour, very high brown head. Aroma of hops, grass, some malt in finish. Reminisces more of an IPA than a brown ale. Lively carbon, half-heavy body.

Moravius (1403) - Berlin, GERMANY - JUN 11, 2017
Langer bitterer Nachhall. - Außerordentlich!

dorain (519) - Berlin, GERMANY - JUN 5, 2017

(Bought 12-18 months ago) Brown colour. Medium to long lasting off-white head. Nose: Sweet maltiness, yeast, some chocolate and hints of moderately roasted coffee. Taste: The arrival comes with a quite rich mouthfeel thanks to the rich carbonation. Then the body slims down noticeably on the mid palate, which is soft with some maltiness, medium brown coffee and a little bitterness (hops, I believe). There is some sweetness coming and going here but I would say the overall taste experience is rather dry. Post initial carbonation, this beer is medium bodied. The exit and aftertaste has malt, moderate bitterness and a small touch of darker chocolate. Not bad but also not terribly exiting, to be honest.

Jimbo2 (526) - DENMARK - MAR 29, 2017
Decent. Some maltyness and hoppier than most Brown Ales. But somewhat unbalanced.

Holmen2 (3942) - NORWAY - MAR 29, 2017
From tap at Mikkeller Haven Bar KBH with JU, ES and TB 29.03.17. Copper. White head and lacing. Aroma and taste of extrect of berries, dark syrup and figs. Medium bitter. Perhaps a bit unharmonious.

Punkero (468) - FINLAND - MAR 15, 2017
Red brown. Great head. Hoppy aroma. Crisp. Bread. Brown. Good. Weakish body. Decent.

3.6
CanCrusher (1104) - Ilirska Bistrica, SLOVENIA - MAR 10, 2017
Bottle 0,33L. Dark, ruby brown color with huge, frothy, long lasting, light brown head. Aroma of roasted malts, nuts, caramel. Taste starts light bitter and caramely, but it turns fast to medium bitter with tartnes of fresh nuts and some burnt caramel in the aftertaste. Medium body, creamy texture, lively carbonation.
