Fairly standard for the style although quite hoppy and firm. A little sweetness but otherwise reasonably generic. No faults, just not memorable. (55 dkk 400ml Mikkeller & Friends)

Clear, dark brown, mahogany colour, creamy light brown head. Malty aroma, bready, some nuts, caramel. Taste begins with lots of malt, nice bitter finish. Soft, foamy mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Pretty good with rich flavours.

Smak: dość wytawne, wyraźne nuty słodowe, ciasteczkowe, herbatnikowe, lekko opiekane, trochę nut chmielowych, żywicznych, goryczka średnia, trochę w kierunku niskiej.

mgajdaczewa (1858) - Katowice, POLAND - OCT 14, 2016

330ml bottle pours an amber brown color with 2 fingers of beige head that leaves some decent lacing on the glass. Aroma is light roasted grains with chocolate and caramel with some dark fruit and herbs. Taste is a light roasted grain and herbal hop bitterness with a chocolate and caramel malty sweetness finishing dry with dark fruits. Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall, an enjoyable brew with a nice blend of flavors.

Pours a brown color with a slightly amber hue. This is a fairly sweet brown ale with notes of dark fruit (raisins and figs), caramel and toffee. Slightly chewy and bready finish. Very good
