Dark amber beer with a nice beige head. Low saturated.
Smells sweet, malty, caramel and a bit of hops, hint of raisins and a little bit yeasty.
Has a alcoholic mouth feel and medium saturation.
leaves a long sweet-bitter but great palate!

Clear amber color, small white head. Strong, hoppy "sweaty" aroma. Medium to full-bodied. Lots of wood, alcohol and sweet alcohol. Lingering hops and alcohol. Warming.
21-NOV-2013, draft @Mikkeller & Friends.
Hazy dark amber with lastig tan head.
Wonderfull aroma with sweet bread, dried fruit, touch of spice, orange peel.
Taste same. Sweet but never cloying.
A little bitter.
Alcohol can be tasted.
Very full body with medium carbonatio. The carbonation makes it easyer drinking.
Really a big one but 15%...? Really?
Fantastic brew. Love barley wine. KingCecil (2087) - DENMARK - NOV 15, 2013
Tap @ mikkeller Stefansgade ... It pours murcky brown with a small white head... The aroma is caramel, toffee, roasted malt, hoppy, sweet dark fruits.... The flavor is light roasted malt, some dark fruits, plums, brown sugar ... Very nice ... hallinghansen (3474) - Odense SV, DENMARK - NOV 15, 2013
Tap at mikkeller & friends. Hazy amber body with a small offwhite head. Sweet caramel, sugary, boozy, ripe fruit. A bit to sweet for me.

[Another century celebrated with a Mikkeller beer - this time 6800] A hazy amber beer with bubbly off-white head. The aroma is sweet with a complex combination of fruit, hops, grass, grapefruit, and pine needles. The flavor is a crazy explosion in the mouth - but in the good sense. It is very sweet, but in a nice juice way and not sticky as very sweet beers usually get - the sweetness is acompanied by strong hoppy notes with citrus, grapefruit, and alfa acids. Soon the alcohol makes it presence known, though in a very subtle way - especially taken the 15% ABV into account, it is more like a warming sensation on the tongue and the palate, but a very discrete one. The end is dry, sweet, and bitter - with the hops and the alcohol mixing in perfect harmony. The mouthfeel is silky soft, but the big body is felt.
Draught at MikkellerBAR. Clear dark brown - white head. High High Sweetness. Dried fruits. Raisins. Fruity. Light bitterness. Nice hoppy. Marmelade notes. Amber malts. Rather hoppy finish.
