Copenhagen beerfestival 2007. Complex hop aroma: Herbal, almost sulphury, pine, green apples. Cloudy amber creamy head. Metallic bitterness, orangepeel, pine, grass. Light body. Very silly. stobbe74 (3789) - DENMARK - MAY 18, 2009
Sampled at DØE Beerfestival 2007, Valby. Pours a muddy amber beer with a white head. The aroma is (surprise!) hops. The flavor is (surprise again) hops. The palate is bitter, almost burning. And overall a very hoppy beer. Soenderskov (69) - Dragør, DENMARK - MAY 21, 2008
This beer is undrinkable, there are no harmoni between the hops and malt. The periment is funny, and is was fun to try, but thats all to say about that. MIBRomeo (2570) - Wisconsin, USA - MAY 18, 2008
The hoppies brew ever... per Urbain at Struisse. Very 1 dimensional... not that it should be a surprise, comes off very astringent and almost acidic.. has some sweetness but lacks balance. sfhodense (4788) - Odense NØ, DENMARK - APR 17, 2008
Tap. Amber with white head. Aroma is hops with notes of hops and after that some more hops. Taste is very hoppy and very bitter. Funny experiment.

Draught at Copenhagen Beerfestival 2007. Hazy amber colour with a very nice hoppy aroma. Very very hoppy and bitter flavour, a little bit to much sharp bitter nad hops flavour, the flavour also have some caramel, but need some balance. A very interresting beer. Comments: Precisely what it tries to be: the hoppiest beer I’ve ever tried. Extremely harsh and like licking a hop sack, leafy, resinous, bitter and astringent, but someone had to do it!
[Another century celebrated with a Mikkeller beer - this time 9200] An unclear orange beer with a beige head. The aroma is extremely hoppy with notes of grapefruit and grass - just hops nothing else is evident to me. The flavor is even more extreme just being hops and being extremely bitter - some notes of grapefruit and grass - but mainly just bitter. I’m an admitted hophead - but this is just too much for me. Unclear orange with a small white head. Intense hop aroma, mostly of the citrus kind. Extremely bitter, with a long lasting, wonderfully painful lingering bitterness. Ener (3) - Gadstrup, DENMARK - SEP 12, 2007 does not count
A funny Xperiment, but not a good beer. There is No harmoni in it. Normally I really enjoy beer with lots of hop in it. But is shall still taste like a beer, in this beer there is only hop taste.
