Bottle. Almost clear Albert liquid with medium white head. Aroma of tropical fruit, barnyard, sweat, bread, tangerine and citrus. Taste is dry and light bitter with notes of tropical fruit and bread. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Pretty nice.

Tried side by side with the Bruxellensis. Pours hazy golden orange color with off white head. Aromas of brett and dough with some funkiness. Lightly tart flavor with some doughy yeast. Medium body with average carbonation. Not as good as the Bruxellensis.

Niby nic, a cieszy!

Tap at Alewife, Baltimore - hazy orange - a well-executed brett pale - crisp, crackery malts, with a nice, dry, snappy bite - dusty, earthy, mild funkiness - strong hop bitterness compliments the dry brett character well - finish has a light acidity that lets the tropical notes from the brett come through - dry, bitter finish - nice.

Tap at bondurants pours ruby with no head. Nose is light Brett and doughy. Tastes of dough, lemongrass, barnyard and orange. Fresh and clean palate and quite dry. Only hints if sourness and bit of red wine on finish.

jjgmd (2220) - Coral Springs, Florida, USA - MAY 31, 2014
Second in a series of three, with Zach and Brandon, pours a burnt orange color with a small cream colored head. Nose is very different tart and a bit sour but not overwhelmingly so. Taste is slightly tart, and earthy. Finishes on slightly sour and tart acidic notes with a long duration. What a difference a day , I mean yeast makes. Quaff Score 7 / 10

Bottle tried along with the 2.0 series Saison and American style. Pours orange with a white head and aroma of fruits, citrus, and brett. Taste is sweet, with citrus, hops, grapefruit, and brett with a dry, bitter finish.

Bit of yeasty aroma, not my favourite as I was expecting more fresh scent. Light amber colour. White foam that sticks to the glass. We had a yeast 2.0 lager as a comparison. This one has clearly more sour tones and a nice fresh and dry tannin palate although the lager is more bitter than this. Very surprising and nice.
