Bottled. Poured cloudy orangey-amber with a tall, sticky off-white head. The aroma picked up clean bready notes and lighter-skinned fruits, with fresh oranges, peaches, and other fruits around.. light peppery notes too.. surprisingly good!. The flavor found bread and mixed fruity malts at the core.. Orange and pine resin bitterness and light sourness around.. finished dry, fruity, and peppery.. tasty! Medium-bodied and well-carbonated on the palate.. smooth across the middle.. good transitions through the mouth.. excellent stuff! fiulijn (20427) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 19, 2012

Bright amber color. It’s the first of the series, I can’t yet compare it, but the fruity hops are somehow too strong to reveal the qualities of the yeast. Both aroma and flavor are rather fruity, and the yeast seems to build a spicy character; good toffee backbone.
pours hazy caramel, decent white head. doesn’t really look like a typical lager, as expected from Mikkeller. nose is herbal malts, earthy hop profile, Belgian yeast. full bodied with long, bitter aftertaste. I dug it. BuckeyeSammy (617) - Palo Alto, Ohio, USA - FEB 10, 2012
Hazy orange, fluffy white head. Yeast funk nose. Pretty average lager with Belgian notes throughout.

12 oz. bottle shared by Tmoney99. Pours a hazy amber color with a small off white head. The nose is moderately sweet malts, mildly spicy, with some herbal and floral notes as well. Flavors of caramel malts, a nice fruitiness, spicy notes with some light herbals as well. I had no idea what to expect, but found this to be fairly tasty. Bottle. Poured a hazy copper color with an average frothy white head that was lasting and produced excellent lacing. Good moderate earthy leather hop and yeast aroma. Medium to full body with a dry slick texture and soft carbonation. Moderate to heavy bittersweet flavor with with a moderate to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate to long duration. This beer exceeded my expectations.

Thanks to yespr for that one. Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass very zippy, huge head. Starts hoppy and dry, modest sweet. Some fruity hints of lemon. Finish mild, dry-malty. Quite drinkable. Not bad! Prokroustis (745) - Thessaloniki, GREECE - SEP 15, 2011
Dark orange body with a big off white head. Nice fresh hoppy aroma, some maltiness with caramel. Medium body, easy drinking, alcohol is noticeable though. Flavour is bittersweet, citric, with caramel and cereal.
